Character country house with swimming pool set in 7000m2 of wooded grounds. In the heart of the bastides (Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Cordes, Penne...) and 5 minutes from Gaillac, this house is situated on the hillsides. You will enjoy a lounge with fireplace, a covered terrace, dining areas on the pool deck or in the shade in the garden. The house consists of 2 parts, an upper part comprising the rental accommodation and a lower part that is not accessible or used. Detached and not overlooked. Swimming pool not shared.

Le lieux parfait pour être au calme

Intérieur mignon, jardin, piscine, ping pong, tout est au rendez-vous pour pouvoir passer un excellent séjour. À deux pas du Leclerc le plus immense que nous ayons vu. La maison est isolée et en même temps très proche des bastides, de Gaillac et des zones de baignades du tarn. Point positif, la cuisine est très très bien équipée ! Nous avons passé 10 jours parfaits

Un air de Toscane

Belle maison à la décoration soignée, au calme dans un cadre végétal très agréable, Grande piscine. Très bon accueil. Accès à l’étage à réserver à des jeunes. Équipements domestiques très complets.

Excellent séjour à l'Isle su Tarn

Excellente quinzaine passée au Mas des Chênes en famille (couple et 2 filles de 18 et 16 ans). Le propriétaire, très prévenant et disponible a organisé la remise des clés sans souci. Les excellents bloc de foie et bouteille de vin de Gaillac qui nous attendaient ont été très appréciés. Cette belle maison décorée avec goût est située au calme dans un beau parc arboré et est dotée d'une grande piscine (entretien assuré 1 fois/semaine, grande terrasse équipée (parasol, bains de soleil...) sur laquelle on peut déjeuner. La cuisine est sur-équipée et spacieuse. On peut tout faire, comme à la maison! Les repas peuvent êtres pris sur la terrasse proche de la maison, près de la piscine ou dans le jardin en fonction des humeurs et de l'ensoleillement souhaité. Le salon est confortable et cosy, et équipé TV/Video/Hifi non utilisé, de nombreux livres à dispo. 2 grandes chambres avec grands lits doubles dont 1 climatisée, très confortables, 1 plus petite (lit double) qui parfaite pour un ado. La Sdb est un peu exiguë mais équipée d'une petite baignoire/douche + lavabo + WC. etc.. Machine à laver + sèche-linge. La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir les beaux villages de la région: Cordes, Puycelsi, Penne... les vignobles de Gaillac... Très sympathiques marchés, très bons produits (faites confiance à 100% aux conseils du propriétaire!). Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette adresse qui nous a permis d'allier détente, visites à notre rythme et nous ressourcer!
