Budget Friendly Pool Home with Game Room Close to Disney World
Disney Fun is a smaller 4 bedroom home which offers a cozy feeling with all the amenities you still want.
Disney Fun 4 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located only 12 minutes from Disney’s Animal Kingdom and the other parks are only a few minute further. At night you might be able to see the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom while you’re swimming in the pool. You can enjoy an early morning swim and watch hot air balloons float by at the same time. Nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything you need to call home. You’ll love it.
The lovely living room, with a very open atmosphere, is very nicely furnished and decorated. Cable TVs in the master bedroom and living room make for a great vacation.
Disney Fun - Disney Villa Rental - The dining area in Disney Fun is next to the kitchen and a few steps from the pool. You’ll be able to save money on food and dining so you’ll have more to spend at the attractions.
Just out the back door of Disney Fun is your own private swimming pool. The east facing pool has optional pool heat (available for extra fee) to make for a very nice swim.
We like to go to the parks in the morning and then take a break in the middle of the day and take a swim. Then we are refreshed and ready to do the parks at night.
The kitchen in Disney Fun villa is fully equipped with all major appliances and many small appliance like coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more.
This home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including children, plus 1 infant. Be sure to include children in your guest count, thank you.

We're Mark, Abby and Matthew, with SunKiss Villas. We started going to Disney World more than 25 years ago. Our enjoyment of the Central Florida area led us to buy a vacation home of our own. It wasn't long before our single home sprouted into a full time business helping other families rent vacation homes for their own wonderful vacation in the Central Florida area. We've been helping families wanting to go to Disney World ever since. We manage many vacation homes in the Disney World area and love hearing that our guests had a wonderful time and enjoyed the vacation home they reserved. We would love to help your family too. What makes this property unique
This home has a large pool deck and lovely pool. At night you can actually see the fireworks at Disney (off in the distance) from the pool area. The game room in the garage provides for great fun when you're not at the attractions. This home is great for small families on a budget.
