The Marmoris is a superb two-room apartment of 41 m2, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. It is located on the heights of Anse Mitan in a new and secure residence about ten minutes walk from the beach. You will benefit from a breathtaking view of the bay of Fort de France as far as Rivière Salée. From the 15 m2 terrace, you can enjoy, at the table during your meals or in the outdoor lounge during your aperitifs, a view overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

For the greatest comfort of travelers, you will benefit from natural ventilation thanks to the air vents.

The living room is equipped with a television, with an internet and Wifi connection and gives you access to the terrace to enjoy this superb view that we never tire of. It has a sofa and a standing table where you can take your meals.

The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped, you will find a fridge with a small freezer section, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

The Marmoris has a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 bed with quality bedding as well as a large dressing room. You will have a safe at your disposal.

You will have a beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine completes everything in a small adjoining room.

The Le Marmoris apartment is designed for 2 people maximum + a baby.

You will have a private parking space available in the basement car park of the residence or outside.

You can enjoy near the apartment, the Anse Mitan beach a few minutes walk away as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du End.
The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.
