Luxury Duplex
We present an excellent duplex in the magnificent area of Benidorm. It has a large garage for 3 cars of large dimensions. The apartment is new, on the top floor we find a large living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with bathroom en suite. All units on this floor communicate with a terrace of more than 70m2, which also has an infinity pool. The views from all points are spectacular as we see the sea in a clear way and the whole bay of Benidorm to La Serra Gelada. On the lower floor we have two more double rooms, with their respective bathrooms en suite and also with a huge terrace of 78m2. In addition, we find a current domotic box where we can control all the electric facets of the apartment.
