Beautiful Condo In Great Location With Great Views!
You will love this cozy, well-appointed two bedroom, two bath unit in Sunray Meadows. This condo sleeps six, has two private balconies, a one-car heated garage (plus additional exterior parking adjacent to the unit), concierge shuttle service in winter, AND it’s just a few blocks from the ski area, Wild Plum Market, and several restaurants. With easy access to skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking and numerous other mountain adventures available in the area, this condo is truly one of the best places to enjoy your next family vacation!
This beautifully remodeled and artfully decorated top floor condo will impress you the moment you walk in the door. The large picture windows flood the main living space with a warm, natural glow, and the open living area creates the perfect flow of energy from living room, to kitchen, to dining room. The cozy sectional sofa with plush throw pillows faces a gas fireplace with a gorgeous stone hearth that has a large, flat screen TV mounted above it for entertainment. The two decks, one located off the living area and the other off the master bedroom, are the perfect place to unwind and soak in the mountain air after a day outdoors. There is not a space in this home that doesn't beckon you to sit down, relax, and truly enjoy your time off.
Completely remodeled within the last year, the fully stocked kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to whip up a fabulous meal. There is seating for six at the beautiful new dining table as well as four bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom has a new king bed, plush bedding, flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom. It also has a private balcony with bistro seating and unbeatable views. The second bedroom also has cozy bedding and new a king bed. The spacious bathroom for this bedroom is just outside the bedroom in the hall. Ceiling fans have been installed in both bedrooms and the living area to help cool the condo in summer, but the vaulted ceilings help circulate the air year-round.
A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located just inside the front door and provides extra space to store all your gear. You’ll also never be cold pulling into the one-car heated garage in winter! There is one additional parking spot available on the driveway in front of the garage and extra parking in the lot on the side of the building.
