Very bad accommodation
The apartment in San Bartolomeo was a big disappointment for us. The size of the apartment was fine, we knew it wouldn't be big. The problem was with the device. The washing machine was broken. By the looks of it, she's been broken for a very long time. The kitchen equipment was very poor. Only two burners out of four worked on the stove. Most of the pans and pots were unusable because they were very neglected and scratched. The water fitting in the kitchen was broken, still letting water drop by drop. The refrigerator is very undersized for a longer stay, the freezer part with a broken door.
The bed is so low that when we sat on it our knees were higher than the bed. Very uncomfortable. The folding bed in the living room is already in a very bad condition, it is worn out and spread out.
The railings on both balconies were very rusty. I compared with other apartments, yours were the worst.
The windows are very old, they can be closed only with difficulty or not at all. The blinds on the bedroom windows are in such a state that we were afraid to use them at all, lest they fall apart. The bathroom was fine, but we recommend cleaning the waste pipes more often to prevent unpleasant odors.
The location right by the beach was affected by the lack of air conditioning. The pleasant breeze from the sea was really lacking.
We have been spending our summer holidays in various places in Italy for 20 years, but we have never had such bad accommodation in any destination we have visited.
