Set just behind the saw grass dunes, from your second floor balcony you'll enjoy a clear view of the surf, while experiencing a special privacy, out of view from onlooking beach crowds.
If you don't feel like grilling out at the beach side barbecue pits, you are only a stones throw from the Banana Cabana, Coda Del Pesce, Coconut Joes, the world famous Windjammer beach bar and grill, Luke & Ollies Pizzaria, The Sea Biscuit Cafe, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the Front Beach shopping area. Family Vacation

Our family of 6 stayed here and LOVED the location. We had 2 smalll issues while here, one with the AC, and another with hot water but both were addressed immediately by the property manager and fixed. We will definitely be back

Charleston Fall Break

As advertised, only complaint (or question) is whether the "private pier" is really private. No room to fish all week due to same people there very early every morning!

Great location with beach access

Older property with smaller space, but location and access to activities and food options were good. Glad we left when we did as 6 people got shot the day after, in the exact spot my 4 year old was playing in the sand. Scary

Thought i was getting a 3 bedroom.thought place was smaller than i expected.would have been nice if you had a golf cart to take older people down to beach.i have problems with my legs and struggled walking to beach.

Great beach vacation

The condo is perfectly located, great pool , pier, and beach . Unit is comfortable, clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short by hurricane Ian, but the owner has agreed work with us for a future stay.

Great location, clean condo

Yes, as other reviews states - do not expect space out of this rental. This condo is small. It was three of us - two adults and 1 7 yo and while it wasn't cramped it did feel tight at times. But, this condo comes with its pluses. The greatest is LOCATION - either walk out to the beach or take a 5 min drive to the neighboring beach which is amazing. Restaurants around. Grocery. Quick 20 min drive to Charleston. If you plan to spend most of your vacation outdoors and only use this rental to spend a night at - it is just fine. Everything is clean, kitchen is sufficiently equipped to have breakfasts and more. For the price - look no further.

Good location but overpriced

I guess if you want a place right on the ocean it’s good. I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love it either. I was just so disappointed at the price I spent on a very tiny place that was not updated and no cleaning services until after you leave. One bathroom and the bunk beds were SO TINY. I’ve been to much nicer places for less money on the beach.

Nice time

We enjoyed our stay, the condo is a little small for our family and all of our stuff. Kids did well with the bunk beds. The beach was very busy because it was close to beach access and we went Memorial Day week. Down side was no elevator at condo, no ramp access to the beach and we had to carry everything up/down stairs. Also laundry facilities were expensive. We enjoyed being in walking distance to the restaurants.

Great Getaway

The property is great for a getaway during COVID. The ability to go straight to the condo without any interaction was wonderful. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you need and very convenient to Harris Teeter and restaurants.

Nice visit

The condo was nice but could use some updating. A friend and I stayed 4 nights. The biggest drawback for us was the parking. There are ample parking spots but the parking lot is between the condos and the beach and pool. Therefore, you have to walk across the parking area to get to beach or pool or to do laundry. Also there is no elevator which is difficult for someone with knee problems. Location is great.

Easy walk in the beach

The Sea Cabins property have a private pier and gated access to the public beach. The property is also very close (walking distance) to a commercial center including several local restaurants.

Great visit

First, there was an unforeseen problem with the A/C. The A/C stopped working on us. I called the owner and he ran over a window unit to get us through the night and he had it repaired first thing in the morning. I understand that things can happen at anytime and I do not fault the owner. He did a great job to make it right! Our visit was everything I thought it would be. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great as was the beach and pier. I cooked a few meals in the kitchen along with a bit of grilling near the pool. It worked out very well. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!!! I wish I could have stayed another week.

Great vacation!

The condo unit was exactly as described! Nice updated unit - fully stocked with essentials, including beach chairs for use. It worked for 2 adults, teenager and a baby. Wonderful patio furniture and view of ocean. We had meals on patio and could sit and relax out there as well. The beach was more crowded - especially at high tide- than I expected due to public access right at these condos. Easy travel to downtown Charleston, restaurants, and Sullivan's Island which had a quieter beach experience. Thanks for the fabulous vacation and great memories!!

Well equipped. Very very small for more than 2 people.

Condo was clean and nicely appointed. The location is great. My only complaint is that it is extremely small. It only sleeps 6 if 2 are small children. More than 2 adults and 2 small children is way too crowded to live comfortably in that space.
