Welcome to our stunning property, located just 9km from the most charming town of Uzes. With three beautifully appointed bedrooms, this property can sleep up to six guests comfortably. The bedrooms feature a range of sleeping options, including one double bed, a second double (or two singles), and a third double sofa-bed. The property also boasts one bathroom and a second separate WC.
Our open-plan kitchen and bright living area is the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking views across the hills and valleys. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in, flooding the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is equipped with modern kitchen appliances, media devices, and free hi-speed Wi-Fi internet access, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Step outside onto our large south-west facing hill-top terrace, where you will find an L-shaped swimming pool with a view, perfect for cooling off any time of day or night. The terrace is surrounded by fragrant jasmine, rosemary, thyme, and oleander, as well as majestic cypress pines. From here, you can take in the stunning vistas across the national park to the south and west while you enjoy a rewarding aperitif. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, and a gas BBQ, making it the perfect place for both lazy afternoons and sociable evenings. A large loggia provides shelter for the outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy al fresco meals even in the heat of the day.

You will find on your arrival the minimum necessary before leaving on vacation, washing up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.
The household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included. Bed and bath linens are not included in the price, as our clients generally prefer to save this cost which would be automatically included. However, we do offer a complete set of bed and bath linens as an option for 140 € per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking.
A mandatory \intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house should not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it upon arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, refrigerator and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, garbage removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by sms or by email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also offer to our tenants who do not want to think about the cleaning before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at 26€/hour. of the complete cleaning, or contact us directly For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 150€.
