About this property

Cozy Apt Quite close to everything, plenty of parking for vehicles, watercraft.

This space is the bottom floor of our home. It is a separate living space from the top two floors of the home. The owners live upstairs so you may see them coming and going. The bottom floor is very roomy and located in the heart of beautiful Carolina Beach. Only 7 blocks to the beach and a walking path which is at the end of the driveway. Close to boat ramps, state parks, beaches and the Cape Fear River. Only persons on the reservation are allowed on the property, also there are no parties or events. There is a ring doorbell. Extra guest fee after 2 guests. Please book the space with the correct amount of guest. AC is remotely set using Ecobee.

Perfect Cozy Space

This space is so clean and spacious! My best friend and I felt so comfortable and cozy in the bedrooms and living room. I watched the sunrise on the screened-in porch both mornings! Very perfect spot: walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, arcades, and more! I definitely recommend this place, and would stay again if I end up in Carolina Beach another time :)

Girls Trip

We enjoyed a wonderful extended weekend getaway for just the girls. The location was perfect, the neighborhood very quaint and quiet. Plenty of space for each of us. We loved that each room was equipped with plugs and chargers as well as mirrors. The apartment area was just as described by the hosts. Communication was great! We will definitely be returning.

Our entire stay and experience in Carolina Beach was awesome. Our stay was in a perfect location just a short drive or walk to the beach and boardwalk, the space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It was the perfect vacation. We appreciated every second and would stay again!

Cute little place tucked away. It’s the perfect proximity to the boardwalk, grocery store, and any other amenities you may need. We walked effortlessly to a restaurant on the boardwalk thanks to paved walking path. The owners replied quickly to my messages. They were very accommodating when I requested an additional day. We’ve booked marked this place for future use!

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend . It’s close to everything you want to see and do , whether driving or walking. The host were great! We had no issues at all. It’s super clean and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again!

a lovely getaway!

this is such a beautiful property. close enough to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants while still allowing you to lay your head down in a quiet neighborhood at night. hosts are incredibly communicative and responsive. they made everything easy to understand and check-in/check-out was smooth. I recommend staying here! plenty of space, and the screen-in porch is an extra treat. thank you for your attentiveness!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our week long stay at Beach Lyfe! It was very comfortable, with many thoughtful amenities included. The unit is spacious, and in a great location with easy access to the beach, Trinity disc golf course at Good Hops Brewery, and many Carolina Beach restaurants and shops. The paved bike path is right out front, and it's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Lyfe! It was clean and very close to restaurants, grocery, and things to do. The hosts were quick to answer messages if we had questions or needed anything. The only issue we had was the air is controlled by the owners and I had to message them to turn on the air a few times. They replied quickly, but I’ve never stayed in a place that I couldn’t control the temperature myself. Guests to CB also need to know how expensive parking is. $6 an hour or $25 a day to go to the beach or walk around the boardwalk. There is a nice paved path to the beach from the house, but it’s a long distance with the temps in the 90s.

Great location and awesome hosts!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and we had the best time (thank you for the birthday card and cupcakes!!). The location is great and only a quick walk down the bike trail to all the action at the board walk. The unit itself is the perfect place to crash after spending the day at the beach with comfy couches and beds galore. We hope to come back soon!

So clean and friendly hosts

This place was PERFECT and SUPER CLEAN! It was just my husband and I staying but the house fits many more! The screen in porch was wonderful to feel the breeze and the beach was just a 10 min walk down a nice bike path. The hosts were VERY communicative and responded quickly, this place made our vacation wonderful.

Spacious, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach. The house was very spacious, lots of room and amenities. Our Hosts were really nice and responded quickly to messages. They even let us know on our first night about the town’s Friday fireworks show so we were able to walk down to the board walk and enjoy that! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay again! 😊

Great spot!!

We had a great stay here! The neighborhood is very cute about a 15 minute straight walk down to get to all the action. We did not try walking to the beach but there was plenty of public parking (paid) at least on a Tuesday. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room to spread out. The owners live on the top part of the house but we had plenty of privacy, it felt like our own spot! Even our own screened porch. I'll also add I very much enjoyed the gorgeous banana trees and other flowers! It was perfect for a budget friendly stay!
