This T3 apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. It features a bright and cozy living room with a 2-person sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to a wonderful terrace with sea views. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary utensils for your comfort: toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.
The sleeping areas are comfortable: the first bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with storage, and the second bedroom can accommodate a 5th person with an additional 90 cm single bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a non-separated WC completes this space.
The apartment comes with a numbered private parking space and is just a few steps from the beach, accessible directly from the residence. This property is ideally located for enjoying your stay while being close to shops, restaurants, and activities in Le Grau du Roi.
The private terrace, facing North-West, is fully enclosed and secure, making it perfect for children. It is equipped with a garden table and chairs and a sun lounger, offering sunshine in the evening and shade during the day.

Linen Conditions
A set of bed sheets for the double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged as follows:
€25 TTC for a double bed (2 persons)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products (soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper) are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
Location
Le Château Leenhardt: A modern, beachfront residence offering private access to the beach through the garden. It directly overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches in Le Grau du Roi. Each apartment features:
A fully equipped kitchen,
A bathroom with a shower and either a sleeping area or a separate bedroom,
A balcony or terrace with sea views, overlooking the Bay of Aigues-Mortes and La Grande Motte, perfect for enjoying magical sunsets.
Ideally located just 100 m from shops, restaurants, tapas bars, cinema, and other downtown attractions, this residence allows you to enjoy everything on foot. You can also take advantage of seaside walks, or explore the region by bike to the Salins d’Aigues-Mortes (bike rentals available 300 meters away) or by boat. Le Grau du Roi is also close to amusement parks (Luna Parc, Amigolang) and Port-Camargue thalassotherapy (3 km away).
The Espiguette Beach and South Beach are also nearby, popular spots for kite surfing.
Access

Transport
The apartment has private parking within the residence, just a few steps from your accommodation. The Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away, and bus services are available nearby. The nearest major train station with frequent services is Montpellier Sud de France, and the closest airport is Montpellier.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This residence is located right on the sand, with private access to the Right Bank beach through a gate. The Château Leenhardt residence consists of two buildings: Building A and Building B, each with 4 floors and elevators. The apartments are not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PMR).
Apartments in Building A offer beautiful sea views, especially at higher floors, with a North-West exposure (amazing sunsets in the summer). On this side of the building, there is a paid public parking nearby (from March to November). This parking does not obstruct the sea view, and our agency cannot be held responsible for any misinformation regarding this parking.
Apartments in Building B offer a partial sea view, with a South-West exposure, overlooking the residence's garden, with a lovely view between the buildings.
