Tolle Ferienwohnung

Es ist ein Traumgarten mit viel Liebe zum Detail - er ist Erholung pur. Erwachsene und Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Sommerwochen verbracht. Vielen lieben Dank an das Gastgeber Ehepaar, die jederzeit sehr freundlich uns geholfen haben. Obwohl es zwei Ferienwohnungen sind hat jeder genug Freiraum, es hat uns auf keiner Weise gestört.

Magnifique

Très bon accueil, villa magnifique avec tout le confort et une très jolie décoration ainsi qu un magnifique jardin! Très bonne situation , tout est faisable à pied( plage et centre ville). Je recommande vivement !!

Un petit coin de paradis

Tout est propice au repos et à la detente. L'accueil des propriétaires est sympathique et leur discrétion appréciée. Le jardin est très agréable avec de beaux arbres. La maison est décorée avec goût et raffinement. La situation exceptionnelle. Tout est parfait !

Tout simplement génial

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement raffiné de 100 mètres carrés, meublé avec beaucoup de goût et doté d'une très bonne literie. Les nombreux espaces extérieurs (piscine, roof top, barbecue, terrain de pétanques, terrasses privées) sont soignés et très agréables. L'appartement est dans un environnement calme sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire à proximité de marche des plages et des commerces. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, charmants et bienveillants. Nous notons précieusement cette adresse car nous avons bien l'intention d'y retourner. Patricia et Jean Marc

Fantastisch!!!! - Merveilleux

We hebben genoten van een onvergetelijke vakantie samen met een bevriend koppel met elk een dochtertje... Niet alleen is alles aanwezig en tot in de puntjes verzorgd, bovendien is elk detail van topkwaliteit! Cathy en Philippe, de verhuurders zijn aanwezig, maar onzichtbaar. Als je ze nodig hebt zijn ze onmiddelijk beschikbaar maar voor de rest merk je gewoon niet eens dat ze er zijn. Zij hechten veel belang aan de privacy van hun gasten. Superaangename mensen. Het levendige centrum van Cavalaire is op wandelafstand. Kortom, dit is een topadresje waar wij zeker nog terugkeren. Jochen, Kim & Sterre Franky, Daisy & Amber Ensuite traduction en Français par une néerlandophone :-).... On a passé des vacances inoubliables avec un couple d'amies et nos deux filles, non seulement par le fait qu'on disposait de tout le comfort comme à la maison, mais aussi que chaque détail est d'une qualité supérieure! Cathy et Philippe, les propriétaires sont présent, mais invisible........La vie privée de leurs invites est très important pour eux. En cas de besoin, ils sont directement disponibles avec tout leur gentilesse, mais en principe vous ne vous rendez pas compte qu'ils sont là. Superagréable couple! wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Im April haben wir hier 2 sehr erholsame Ferienwochen verbracht. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet! Die Ausstattung war gehoben, wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch der schöne Garten bietet viele lauschige Ecken, um sich zurückzuziehen und zu genießen. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Es stehen Fahrräder zur Verfügung, sowie Boulespiele und Strandtennis. Das Zentrum und der Strand sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter, die auch im Haus wohnen waren super nett und immer ausgesprochen hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!!

Super!!

Wir haben die Wohnung im September 2016 zu 6. eine Woche bewohnt und waren begeistert. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die große Gartenanlage mit den vielen Terrassen hat uns gefallen. Der Weg zum Strand(nicht öffentlichem) war zwar immer etwas anstrengend (etwa 8min mit teilweise sehr steilen Stücken), aber es hat sich gelohnt, die Bucht ist traumhaft mit sehr klarem Wasser. Insgesamt einfach SUPER und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in schönem Ambiente

Wir haben im Mai 2016 zwei sehr schöne Wochen bei Familie Brutin verbracht. Mit zwei Kinder (7,9) haben wir das untere Appartement bewohnt, was für uns perfekt war, weil wir eine große Terrasse nutzen konnten und die Kinde kurze Wege zu Pool und Petanque Bahn hatten. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details. Die Küche mit integriertem Essplatz und Fernsehecke könnte etwas großzügiger geschnitten sein. Tolle Außenanlagen! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fussläufig zu erreichen sind Zentrum mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, etc. Der Rückweg ist dann aber etwas steil. Mit dem Auto erreicht man zügig St. Tropez, Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Pampelonne, etc. ! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

perfekte Unterkunft mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor

neue, saubere und sehr hochwertig Ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sehr sympathische und gastfreundliche Vermieter wohnung im Haus, unser Eindruck vor Ort übertraf die Erwartungen durch die Bilder, Wohnung befindet sich in Haus mit 2 Ferienwohnungen, großzügiger Poolbereich und Garten, zahlreiche Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem gesamten Grundstück Beschreibung im Inserat trifft zu 100% zu, wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

superbe location aux intérieurs soignés

L'appartement est idéalement situé à Cavalaire. Le logement est meublé avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Les literies sont trés confortables (grande taille) et spacieuses. L'extérieur est également trés soigné, et invite à des vacances reposantes. Enfin, l'accueil réservé par Catherine et Philippe est vraiment chaleureux. Ils ont été trés réactifs à chacune de nos questions ou demandes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.Eric et Marie-France

Einmalige Lage in Cavalaire. Zentrumsnah, 200m Luftlinie zum größten Supermarkt, 500m zum Strand und trotzdem ruhig. Vermieter wohnt im selben Haus, sehr angenehmer Kontakt
