The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bourron-Marlotte, this charming house of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a courtyard of about 50 m². Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows :
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wi-Fi, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub.
- Bedroom 2: a single bed, an extra mattress and a desk area.
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).

Outside :
- A beautiful private courtyard, enclosed (surrounded by a wall and secured by a locked gate), partly grassed of about 50 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Weber barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, Bluetooth speaker, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Bourron-Marlotte, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Climbing in the forest of Fontainebleau, the internationally known "Bleau Boulders".
- Numerous sports or family hikes in the forest.
- The equestrian stadium of the Grand Parquet (numerous international competitions and jumping), the castles of Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte.
- Visits to Barbizon, the village of painters (Zola, Sisley, Renoir, Monet, Cézanne, Pissarro, Bazille, Théophile Gautier, Alfred and Paul de Musset, Théodore de Bainville) and to Moret-sur-Loing, a historic town.
- Weekend at Disneyland. Walking in Paris.

Concerning the means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus to Fontainebleau : 1-minute walk.
- Train station for Paris : 15 minutes on foot / 5 minutes by car, free parking.
- Nearest airport: Orly, 45 minutes by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
