This beautiful, desirable home is set on a private half acre adjoining Fort Rock park where kids can run free and play. With 6 bedrooms (including a 2 room family suite!) and twin loft, plus 4 bathrooms, it provides a relaxing retreat for up to **13 adults** and an additional 3 children in twin beds in adjoining rooms..

Relax and enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a wonderful home on desirable Shamrock lane. This home includes 10 complimentary SHARC passes, brand new hot tub with private enclosure, whole house A/C, Smart TV's, board games, Ping-pong, Arcade games, BBQ, as well as bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park.

THE TOUR:

The front living area welcomes you with a stone fireplace and soaring ceilings. Continue to the 2nd living room and game library with game table. Beyond, there is a large dining room leading to one of 5 large decks on the house where you can enjoy the morning sun, or shade in the afternoon.

Additionally, this house has a master on the main floor with a beautiful bathroom and access to the back deck with hot tub. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Be ready for any meal or gathering with an abundance of appliances, cookware and dishes.

Upstairs are 5 bedrooms. A king family suite, with private bath and a bonus room with twin/trundle. And 3 additional King rooms, one of which has a a small bonus room that contains a twin bed to be used as a family suite. Both bonus rooms have heat and AC. Further upstairs you’ll find a loft room with 2 twin beds and smart TV.

The garage has space for ping pong, foosball, and 8 bicycles that will provide your group a great way to see Sunriver. The home has gas heat for a warm winter and Central AC to keep you cool in summer.

A short walk from the back door you will find the pickle ball courts of Fort Rock. Make a reservation and grab some complimentary paddles and enjoy!

Sunriver getaway

This house was the perfect landing pad for a ski vacation. Plenty of space for all who came and went throughout the week. Awesome kitchen that was a joy to make family style meals in. The hot tub although very deep was one of the best tubs at maintaining its heat and helped cure our stiff muscles after hitting the slopes or hiking or trail riding! We had a blast playing games in the atrium and the cozy game room too!

Great home in a wonderful location

My husband and I stayed at this home for 6 days. We enjoyed all that Sunriver and the Bend area had to offer and the home was comfortable, clean, well stocked. Anthony was super and stayed in touch with us, even alerted us on fire / smoke warning in the area. The home is right next to the pickleball courts in a beautiful park. We were in a pickleball clinic for 2 days, so the location was perfect. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with great appliances. Internet great also. Beautiful area with deer coming by back deck every morning to visit.

Family trip to 2 Shamrock

Our 3 generation family (and 1 dog) enjoyed our visit to 2 Shamrock. The home is on a quiet street, while being conveniently located to Fort Rock and the bike trials. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and cook any type of meal. There are 2 small bedrooms off the larger bedrooms, great for the smaller kids. We also appreciated the large dining room that we used for the adults, and a smaller dining table that we used for the kids. Everyone had a great time!

Nice house

This property is in a beautiful location and close to the Sunriver amenities. We loved the patio/deck areas. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Our kids enjoyed the game room. Some of the rooms were a little dark and we noticed a few light bulbs were out. The hot tub was very fun. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable Sunriver Home

We really enjoyed our visit. The home is large and comfortable. The kitchen is a little small if you want to cook in a large group but it has everything you need. The communication with the owners was clear and easy. We had maintenance problem on the first morning and they responded and fixed it very promptly. If you are very light sleepers the noise from the nearby pickleball courts begins at 8 am and might be disturbing but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed being able to play a few times. The SHARC passes, bikes, ping-pong table, etc. were al great bonuses and helped us enjoy our vacation.

Great location next to the park

Good house for our group. Kids loved being right next to the park. Big rooms and enough room for a large group that you don’t feel crowded in. Communication was great, quickly responded to any questions. Could use some lighting improvements in two of the rooms upstairs as it was real dark even during the day but that is a quick fix

Space for Everyone

We had three adult couples and teens. This house provided space for everyone. Loved the # of King beds. We loved being so close to pickle-ball and the park. The Ping Pong table was such a hit, we bought one when we got home! We brought our own dog crates but then didn't have to haul them in as the same ones we have were there. The vacuum was plugged when we tried to use it, someone came to fix it within minutes of our communication - incredible service. Thanks for sharing your home.

Practically Perfect!!

Our family of 10 (grandparents, children and young) grandchildren) has stayed in many Sunriver homes over the past 7 years, and this home was wonderful for us. There is a lot of room for everyone, with special places to be inside the house, and the outdoor area is great. Being so close to Fort Rock Park for the young kids, and the area to explore off the great deck. The perfect place for biking everywhere we go, the stables, village, SHARC. We always have a very special time together and this home was everything we hoped for.

Wonderful family stay enjoying all Sunriver had to offer.

We stayed at this location over the Fourth of July for 10 days with both of my daughter’s and my daughter’s family and we had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed bike riding and we all enjoyed the Sharc. We went to the village. We floated out on the river. The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t need. Great location great time.

Great spot for multiple families

Great house with plenty to do inside and out. The arcade games were awesome, we used the table in the library landing area for lots of games and puzzles. The garage games and Hottub were a great hit too!

Great Rental - Great Location - Great Stay in Sunriver!

This rental was great - plenty of space for 3 families. We enjoyed the game room, the ping pong in the garage, the ample space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked and we utilized the SHARC passes to go swimming. You really can't beat this location close to the park. Hosts were so prompt with communication and very helpful. We can't wait for a return visit!

Great getaway

Wonderful home located in a beautiful area. We had a group of 12 and we never felt crowded. The home was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfy! The kids had plenty to entertain themselves while the adults could rest after a day of sledding. Perfect getaway!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The game area was used every day and we had lots of fun. My only complaint would be there were no extra blankets. They would have been very useful as there was a furnace issue. Anthony was quick to set up a repair but had to wait for some parts.

we usually rent 2 or 3 vacation homes a year. this was a superb location in a great resort, great home layout for our extended family with ages from baby thru seniors, best equipped vacation home we've ever had; most responsive host we've had. nothing negative to say.

Paradise in Sunriver!

We have stayed in multiple Vacation Rentals and this was our 5th visit to Sunriver- This Home was simply outstanding! All 7 members of my Family rated this home superior in ever category. Anthony was a "Super" Host-He responded within minutes to our requests. The home is well furnished, sparkling clean, and has beautiful views from every window. Deer roam the vast property and will come right up to you when you are sitting on either the massive Front or rear Deck. (Not particularly appreciated by our Lab Sandy:) Modern kitchen appliances (Including a Duo Keurig w/pods!) Beautiful Stainless Steel Deluxe Grill, 4 -Yes-4 very comfortable KING Beds with the master suite being on the ground level, 3 & 1/2 baths and plenty of hot water! The home is located on Shamrock Ln right next door to Rock Park with beautiful walking/bicycle trails. The home has multiple levels but every room was very comfortable due to the home's amazing A/C system. We had some extremely hot days during our visit but the system preformed beautifully. Our Granddaughters really enjoyed the video arcade and table tennis/fussball game in the garage. Several bicycles were available (all in excellent condition) and with 10 SHARC passes provided, the entire Family could enjoy this amazing facility. In conclusion, Sunriver is a beautiful resort that has something for the entire Family-This home will enable your Family to relax and enjoy your stay!

Can't beat this location!

We stayed here for our annual family summer trip and couldn't be happier with our pick! We've stayed at several houses over the years and the location and amenities of this house couldn't be beat. Backs up to the pickle ball courts at Fork Rock Park, deer at the deck every morning. Lots of beds and accommodations for our full range of teens to young children. Lots of bikes to choose from, basically just need to bring some food and clothes and you're set! 2 miles of a gorgeous bike ride to the village. Easy access and great communication with Anthony. The other awesome thing was minimal check out duties which is always a plus before a long drive home! Can't say enough good things about our stay here!
