About this property
Updated Historic Lovely Apartment
Recently renovated, fully furnished apartment with updates including stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops, and washer/dryer in basement. This unit includes 1 off street parking spot and plenty of storage. We are also pet friendly with a $15 per pet per month fee. Because this unit is designed for a longer term guest, we require that the tenant puts utilities in their name, unless it is a 30 day or less booking, which we can negotiate.
