This 2-bedroom, 2 baths, beautiful condo is located directly on Panama City Beach. Comfortable accommodations in 1,400 square feet, both bedrooms, the living room, and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows to experience the amazing view. It is the perfect complex for a relaxing family vacation or romantic get-away. High-end furniture, décor, linens, and bedding.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

HOA NOTE RE: CONSTRUCTION: From August 2023 to January 2025, the association has planned exterior stucco, painting, and window replacement work. Rest assured, this won't disrupt your condo or pool facilities use. While some noise may occur beyond our control, we want to be upfront. If any noise affects your stay, we'll gladly refund a percentage of your booking (excluding cleaning fees, etc.) to make up for any inconvenience. Your understanding and patience are truly appreciated. We'll keep you updated with any further information

PLEASE NOTE NO SPRING BREAKERS! THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 25 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH. They are permitted elsewhere it is not a dry county just not on the sand.
