Gorgeous Lakehouse apartment on Sturgeon Lake

This Lake house apartment is the entire bottom walk out level of a 2 level Lake house on Sturgeon lake (1500+ sq ft). The top floor is the owners unit, (we are generally not there when renting). You have a separate entrance w/self checkin, & full use of the outside patio, lower level decks & dock.

The apartment is fully stocked w/linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cooking supplies, coffeemaker, Keurig, frig, cooktop, oven, BBQ & outside dining area. Beach towels, cooler and hammock too!

My son and I stayed here while he looked at a nearby college- it’s a stunning property with everything you need. As my son has accepted the school’s offer I hope to use the property whenever we visit!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

By far the best cottage rental we have ever made. The location and the wonderful open concept walk out basement are incredible. Sandra was so helpful and easy to deal with. Tremendous value for a very reasonable price. Again, Absolutely Amazing!!! :)

Quite and Private area + clean and gorgeous view

This place is exactly the pictures showed. This place is located in a quiet and private area and I REALLY enjoyed the view (even the lake was frozen) and spacious place for my little son, my hubby and myself.

Great stay!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Sandra's property. It was spotless, well stocked, spacious and the view was fantastic. It is a short drive from Lindsay and Bobcaygeon so you can easily enjoy local restaurants and activities. We would love to be back!

Beautiful Getaway

We had the best possible stay at Sandras cottage. The view of the lake was beautiful and it faced the sunset which made for the perfect place to unwind after a day of water activities! Sandra went above and beyond and supplied everything you could of ever imagined. We definitely over packed for this one. It was one of the most beautiful cottages we’ve ever stayed at and would recommend this to everyone!

I am Sandra and I am a real estate agent that works in the GTA and the Kawartha/Peterborough area. I was lucky enough to purchase my lovely Lakehouse in spring of 2020. We try to enjoy it as much as possible but also need to be in the city to work and love to travel. This allows us to rent out the lakeside level of the Lakehouse.

Why they chose this property

Our apartment is self contained with self check in (lock box). It has 3 separate french doors that look out to the lake including the living room, dining room and bedroom. No matter where you are you can see the lake! Enjoy the BBQ and patio, decks or sit on the dock and watch one of our fabulous sunsets.

What makes this property unique

Clean weed free waterfront. Private one and a half acre lot on a private road with woods and trails. Quiet private residence only 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Bobcaygeon (The Tragically Hip). You can stroll through the upscale shops, grab a Kawartha Diary ice cream and watch the boats go through the locks and dine on a patio. The city of Lindsay is 10 minutes the other way where you can find pretty well anything you may need, shops, restaurants and big box stores.
