I have never left a bad review before, that changes now.
There are 2 beds that are suitable for humans in this property, not 5 as the add states. The “cook-house” or whatever it is, is a death trap. Toilet ran the whole time. They knew it was running because they turned the water off to it instead of replacing the $7 flapper. Dishes in cabinet were filthy Black Walnut tree dropped bombs on a metal roof every 15min or so. Not sure why this tree hasn’t been taken out or at least warn people not to park under it. One roll of TP for a house that supposedly sleeps 7. If there are other options, stay there.
The location was great and the water was beautiful. You can sit on the backporch and enjoy the great view. The house was nice and it just the right size for a family of six. The only problem's were the livingroom furniture needs updated, as there are stains on the couch and the bank was overgrown making it hard to fish.We were able to borrow the owners weedeater, which was nice, but it really should have been mowed.
Nice quiet spot on the White. Easy boat access nearby. Coffee on the deck while watching the fog lift was perfect. Golden hour was beautiful. Owner was there if we needed. Would recommend!
Very nice and quiet. Beautiful location. Everything was neat and clean. Very well supplied with everything to make our stay wonderful. Will definitely consider returning.
