The kitchen with the living room is equipped with crockery, cutlery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove with oven, radio, TV with local channels and a sofa for one person. Both bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds - as well as the toilet are located on the upper floor, which is accessed by an external staircase. Running cold and hot water is installed in the kitchen, in the bathroom with shower and in the toilet. Bed linen is prepared for guests, and fresh is delivered after each week of stay. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own. The house has a wood-fired central heating system, so it is very suitable for winter rental, however, winter rental creates additional costs for heating.
