Enjoy the beautiful golf course views from the enclosed all season 2nd floor porch, with sliding glass windows, One of the few buildings with an elevator. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. This is a one bedroom (800 sq.ft.) fully furnished golf villa in Champions at Sea Trail. Unit sleeps 2. Within walking distance to the newly renovated Sea Trails Convention Center and Bistro55, https://www.seatrail.com/55bistrobar/. Located 2 miles from Sunset Beach and 3 miles from Calabash (great sea food). Sea Trail has three golf courses. Champions Condos have their own gated outdoor pool. No cleaning chores at checkout, that is what the cleaning fee is for.

It was a perfect getaway. The place was perfect for us and the special package gifted by the hosts was a nice surprise. In a perfect spot to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful and beautiful in the evening. Definitely would stay here again and again!!!

House Hunting

We needed a local place to stay while my wife and me were looking for a home to purchase. This condo was perfect for us! Large bedroom and fully loaded kitchen and front room - all was so well maintained. Eric was excellent and communicated so well with us. Highly recommend this place!

Clean and quiet

This is the second time we stayed at this condo and it was just as we remembered, clean and quiet. This is a perfect place for a couples get away for some relaxation. The condo was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was the patio had an odor to it, but I'm sure that was from the storm that just cone through the area a week before our stay. I mentioned it to the owner and he responded quickly stating he would look into it.

Very comfortable vacation!

This was perfect for a couple. The screened porch on the East side was great for late in the afternoon & evening. We could not have asked for a better equips kitchen. The owner was easy to communicate with& provided a delightful stay.

Sea Trail Sunset Each

Our stay was wonderful at this villa in Sea Trail. Our hosts could not be more accommodating. Amenities galore inside the community. Sunset beach was just a five minute ride away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Thank you to our hosts for making our visit stress free.

The PERFECT place to stay in Sunset Beach, NC

I fell in love with Eric and Marietta's home by the pictures on VRBO. We were so surprised when we arrived. The condo is absolutely gorgeous inside. The furnishings are up to date and the color scheme is matched beautifully. We found the condo to be conveniently located and didn't need to drive a long way for succulent seafood. We know we've found a hidden gem in Sunset Beach and will return next year for another relaxing week.

This place was clean, very nicely decorated and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The swimming pool was nice. Parking lot is convenient, easy to find a spot to park,Outside area is lighted up very well at night, the elevator makes it nice instead of climbing stairs.

Great For Couples

This condo has everything you need for your stay. Eric provided everything we needed- right down to an extra roll of paper towels. The bed was comfortable and didn't squeak when you laid down (you'd be surprised how difficult that is to find). The pool is located across the parking lot, and we were less than 2 miles from restaurants and about the same distance to the beach. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to another couple.

Great along Weekend

This condo is just as described. It was stocked full of essentials and perfect for our anniversary getaway. Great communication from ow er and so many small details that made the stay effortless! My only complaint is not about the condo at all, but the pool. There were people smoking everywhere and as a severe asthmatic it made the pool unusable for us. Wish they were more strict on that.
