Downtown Lake Geneva awaits! Welcome to the Bungalow. Built in 1902, this home consists of two rental spaces, each with its own private entrance and exit. This historical gem is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. With two full bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, you are sure to feel right at home. You'll enjoy all this lake town has to offer ~ plus serenity. The ambiance and the neighborhood are two things that set this home apart from the competition. Geneva Street is YOUR "home away" in DOWNTOWN Lake Geneva.

*PLEASE NOTE There are two separate rental units in this building. We ask that guests be mindful of each other and keep late night noise at a minimum (quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) Rent entire building for larger group get togethers.
*The entry for this unit is on the first floor toward the back of the building, there is one bedroom/living area/one full bath on the first floor before walking up interior steps to the second level with two bedrooms, an additional full bath, kitchen, and living room (see pic descriptions). There is a smaller completely separate unit at the front of the building.
*Parking available on-site for a maximum of three vehicles. Additional off-site parking is also available. Please contact us if interested* * Please note there is a security camera pointed toward the parking lot for guest safety.

Birthday weekend gone great

We all had a blast. Lodgings were great and welcoming. Only a few buildings away from Topsy Turvy Brewery which is great and one street crossing into downtown. Good times were had by all!

Chi-town girls weekend getaway

Our experience was amazing. The host was very responsive and kind. Everything we needed, we had. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the shopping center which is great since you have to pay to park in that area.We would definitely stay in this VRBO again.

Girls weekend for my co-worker, her daughters and infant grandson. They loved the location…it was close to everything. The home was clean and neat, and the host was amazing.

Perfect Bungalow for a short getaway

The property is perfect! It's quirky and it's in the perfect location. It accommodated my party really well and they had a lot of extra items just in case we needed anything else. I am very pleased with my stay and look forward to going back sometime soon!

Great location!

This location couldn't be better: Walk to shops, restaurants, pubs and lakefront. I wish the ad had made it clear that we would NOT have access to front of house or patio on the lovely street - instead we enter by a weird side door and had no views of the neighborhood. Still, overall a very enjoyable stay.

An amazing charming house in a great location

Prefect location, and lots of space! Our group of 10 had plenty of room and the kitchen was full of cups, plates, and odd thing you that you might possibly need! Samantha and her mom were so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this house.

Charming home in downtown Lake Geneva

An older home with loads of charm, fascinating decor from around the world, beautiful antiques. Everything was clean, well-kept, and we literally walked everywhere, as it was in the heart of downtown. Never used our car once. The owner responded to questions within minutes, very friendly and attentive. We would stay here again.

Great Location

Great location for checking out Lake Geneva's many nice shops, etc. Very eclectic decor. Nice living room area for a group to chat. Suggestion to owners-it would be great if the upstairs bedroom that is roadside would have window treatments on windows, street lights and sunrise make it harder to sleep. Also, one of our guests twisted her ankle at the bottom outside step where the cracked cement is. The rug covers the crack, which made it harder to see it was an unlevel surface.

We had the opportunity to stay at 721 Geneva st. The home was fabulous. We had an excellent time and felt at home right away. The location is excellent and so close to everything you could possibly need. There was more than enough room for our family. You will not go wrong staying here and you will definitely feel very comfortable upon entering this home. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

Bachelorette weekend!

The place was super clean and beautiful. It was right in downtown and you can walk everywhere. Perfect spot for a getaway weekend without having to drive anywhere. Property manager was super kind and made the entire trip very enjoyable. 100% would recommend to anyone!

Awesome overall property

The property manager Samantha is outstanding. The check in process was simple with a lot of information. She gave us recommendations for local places which were spot on. She was accessible 24 seven within minutes! The property is cozy, and easily accommodated 6 adults. Location location location, can’t be beat. Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. Given our current state in 2020 and the fact that I hate doing dishes when on vacation I would’ve loved to have had a dishwasher available. Will definitely return to the area using the same property managers and check out another property!!
