Beautiful house just a stone's throw from the beach and shops.
House on two levels completely renovated, 200 meters from Riells beach and its shops.
This villa, ideal for families, is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
On the ground floor a large living room with TV, wifi and free and unlimited internet.
A very well appointed and very well equipped kitchen allows you to cook like at home. A small corridor serves the 3 bedrooms, also equipped with a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Access to the upper floor is via an external staircase.
Upstairs 3 very spacious and bright bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the middle, a living room gives access to a beautiful terrace, ideal for reading or spending some quiet time.
You can park on the property, it is easy to park two cars there.
During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation I am at your disposal 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for any problem.
