The meadow of Varengeville is a green rural place 1.5 km from the center of the village, very quiet.
Three houses follow one another along the path crossing the meadow.
The upper house is called "la maison des Petites Bruyères". It can accommodate 6 people all year round, and 8 people from May to September, when it is warm enough to open the small barn opposite the house. The middle house is the Maison de Marguerite (another rental for 6 or 7 people). Then at the bottom, there is a house occupied all year round..
The green space is entirely open and thus gives a beautiful perspective on the valley.
The Maison des Petites Bruyères, a former farmhouse, completely renovated, has, on the day side, a beautiful living space made up of a living room with large fireplace (wood provided), and a dining room, separated by the old half-timberings, bare of their daub. Then a functional kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, classic filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker.
On the night side, the corridor first leads to 2 bedrooms (one with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm, and one with 2 beds of 80 x 190 cm) and 1 bathroom (with shower and toilet) and at the end a large bedroom (bed 180 x 200 cm) with its private shower room (+WC). All the rooms open onto the garden and the terrace equipped with a dining table and chair and deck chairs. A ping-pong table and a swing are available for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
The beds are made on arrival.
Private parking for 2 cars inside the property.
Access to Varengeville beach is on foot, with a nice 20 to 30 minute walk through the village and woods.
