It consists on the ground floor of a bright living room with a lounge area (TV + DVD player) and a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge - freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker,
kettle) and a bathroom with toilet. The whole opens onto a pleasant terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the green spaces of the residence. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a solarium where it is good to enjoy the sun without being overlooked! Electric barbecue, deckchairs and parasols are available to fully enjoy the holidays.
