Exactly what was on the images. The convenience of the location was wonderful because it was located in downtown. The design and cleanliness was outstanding. The building itself had everything you need! A work space, gym, and offices on the second floor. Overall, I will come back for this location!
Property was very clean and easy to access. Plenty of restaurants and coffee houses around. Appliances were huge- washer, dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer on premises. Plenty of towels and extra blankets.
Property is clean, well-appointed, and just as advertised. Convenient to all that SLC has to offer, and having a gym and workspace in the building made it even better. Parking garage was helpful, too.
The place was clean and spacious. The apartment was nice and cozy and for being in the city it was quite. The ability to park inside a garage was amazing. The only issue was with getting the information to use the garage feature but, that was more just a vrbo issue then the property manager themself. Would stay again!!!!
Wonderful and clean. Nice Loft. Very convenient for our Tesla service appointment! We walked to a restaurant downtown. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay again.
This Cozy spot downtown is just the weekend getaway we needed. Step by step directions made it easy to access the property and everyone we met in the building was extremely nice. Great views of downtown and the brewery next store was the perfect spot to begin the evening.
The only issue was some of the cleanliness of the unit. There are holes in the hallway right outside the front door which are not very becoming. TV in the bedroom is scratched and the door screen off the bedroom doesn't move or close all the way. 2 different spots in the unit look like someone threw up and it stained the carpet. Most of these can be considered nit picky but Unfortunately, the worst part was the closet door in the bedroom. To be blunt it looked like someone's bodily fluid was left on the door streaking down. Needless to stay we did not sleep in the bedroom that night. Ran into the cleaner the next morning and showed him the pictures I notated with my phone. He said he would take care of it for the next renter.
I would absolutely rent this unit again. I just may bring some cleaning Supplies. Haha. Overall good experience with this Rental provider.
Comfortable Apartment across the road from a great brewery and food trucks
We enjoyed our stay in SLC. The apartment was very comfortable, especially the bed. The kitchen is well equipped and big. We really enjoyed the upscale brewery across the road. They have a large selection of really good beers with a different food truck parked outside every day. This alone would convince us to stay here again! The pictures give an accurate representation of the apartment. The communication and check-in proses was also faultless and really convenient.
Brand new building, conveniently located 35 minutes from Park City and only a few minutes from the mall and restaurants. The unit is very clean with a nice balcony overseeing the mountains.
Highly recommend it. I will definitely come back next season.
