About this property

Bel appartement à 50m de la Grande Plage

It is located on the first floor of a small residence with secure access and an elevator.

In the living room you have a convertible sofa (140x190) with a TV.
It has a fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto and piston coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer, etc.
Adjoining the kitchen, you have access to a veranda converted into a dining area opening onto a large sunny terrace.
From here you can see the sea and the tower of one of the most emblematic villas in Les Sables d'Olonne: the Palazzo Clementina house.

You have at your disposal a garden furniture with a gas plancha.
Ideal for beautiful summer evenings.

On the night side is a master bedroom with a 140x190 bed with storage.
A bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and a washing machine. A separate WC.
Then a bedroom with two bunk beds as well as toys and books for children.
A blackout curtain covers the canopy.

You are located:
- 10m from the covered market of the Halles Centrales
- 50m from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne with its entertainment and restaurants
- 800m from the train station
- 280m from Carrefour City
- 300m from the port on the quays of Franqueville with its restaurants and bars

There is no private parking, however a paying covered car park is located just near the apartment.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
We will ask you to empty the trash and empty the dishwasher when leaving.

Sheets and towels are not included. Consider bringing them.
We also offer sheets and towels at an additional cost.

**CHECK IN / CHECK OUT**

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. We favor physical receptions in order to help you discover the apartment and its equipment.
If you wish to arrive after 8 p.m., this is possible with the “late arrival” package at an additional cost.

Departures are until 10 a.m. Keys are handed over in person by our concierge.
Initially we will ask you to empty the trash, the dishwasher and gather the linens.

Everything will be detailed in the welcome booklet given upon your arrival.

TB Logement, emplacement central

Logement très bien entretenu avec une rénovation récente, dans un immeuble années 1970. Remise des clés par le personnel de l'agence, contact très agréable. Le logement est spacieux, la veranda et la terrasse sont de vrais plus, la vue mer est appréciable : les concerts sur la digue cessent vers 23h en été, ce qui garantit du calme pendant la nuit. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la décoration au goût du jour. Les jouets et livres ont fait le bonheur des plus petits !
