Perfekter Skiurlaub
Alles bestens, top Lage und vor allem auch super Einrichtung. Nur der Hauswart* lässt zu wünschen übrig. Vergisst man Mal das Licht in der Garage auszumachen, wird man angepasst und ermahnt. Das zweite Mal dreht er* dann einfach die Sicherung raus, sodass die halbe Garage im dunklen bleibt.

Location is everything
“Ferienwohnung” well appointed with the basic necessities. More importantly, the apartment has a great location with easy access to shops and public transport (train, buses) taking you to hiking trails or ski slopes.

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Davos Platz
Wir waren anlässlich des Davoser Jazzfestivals im Sommer da. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, das Haus und die Garage waren sehr gepflegt. Es gab eine neuwertige, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte sind vielleicht die etwas durchgelegenen Matratzen im Schlafzimmer, eine fehlende Deckenlampe im Badezimmer und der Mangel an Steckdosen. Alles in Allem aber trotzdem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung ist absolut super. Alles was man braucht ist einfach erreichbar zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus (in Gästekarte inbegriffen). Gerne komme/-n wir wieder!

Wunderschöne Fewo in Top-Lage
Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr sauberes Objekt, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die offene Küche ist super. Schlafzimmer ist wunderbar ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns die zentrale Lage gefallen, man ist sehr schnell z. B. beim Einkaufen, im Café, an der Bushaltestelle oder am Jakobshorn. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Perfekte Lage und Wohnung
Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für SUV sehr eng - reicht aber gerade aus. Bis zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ins Zentrum von Davos Platz sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Auch die Leute im Haus sind sehr freundlich. Wir werden diesen Ort sicher wieder besuchen.

Comfortable, clean, central and well-maintained apartment
Very clean and well-equipped apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom, and a comfortable and decent-size bed. A good sized apartment for 2 poople. Conveniently located for shops and bars, and for hiking and biking straight from the door. Garage parking is a little tight, but we didn't experience a problem as there weren't many cars using the garage whilst we were staying.

Top Wohnung - zentral, sauber, ruhig
Unsere diesjährigen Sportferien verbrachten wir in dieser Ferienwohnung in Davos. 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder haben sehr viel Platz, die Wohnung ist schön hell, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (Wasserkocher, Nespresso Kapselmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc.). Tiefgaragenparkplatz ebenfalls super! Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Das war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns wieder super gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns gefällt die zentrale Lage - das Auto konnte somit in der Tiefgarage stehen bleiben.

Kaum besser möglich
Es gibt einfach nichts zu kritisieren, was nicht meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau wäre. Kurzer Weg zur Piste, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, Skibus sogar noch näher. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Betten sind gut, moderne Geräte (smart TV!), super schnelles Internet (man kann damit sogar Stadia spielen). Die Küche hat ebenfalls alles, was man braucht mit entsprechenden modernen Geräten (vor allem der Ofen und der Herd mit integriertem Abzug sind super!). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war total nett und unkompliziert. Der Preis ist für die Unterkunft wirklich angemessen. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Einzig der Ausblick ist nicht so romantisch, wenn man wirklich noch etwas kritisieren will. Hat aber niemanden von uns 4 gestört. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Die Fewo hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war alles da, was für einen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Sehr moderne, neuwertige offene Küche mit Spülmaschine, Geschirr war mehr als genug da. Großer TV und bequeme Sitzmöbel. Wegen der zentralen Lage könnte das Auto in der Tiefgarage bleiben. Wir würden die Fewo wieder buchen.
