This charming beach cottage is in the perfect location for your getaway! Nestled into a quiet, residential area in the city's desirable North Beach away from the hustle and bustle, but 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH and lively Oceanfront resort area and close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Recently renovated with updated floors and finishes, with a fenced-in yard and a corner lot. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beach breeze in the screened in porch. Your perfect vacation awaits!

This house features an open-concept living space in which the living room flows into the dining room and a cozy kitchen. Sit outside in the screened-in porch sipping coffee in the morning. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and Roku smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a twin bed with trundle and Roku smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.

Some things to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little place. Absolutely stellar location. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach instead of having to pack the car up and drive. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location! Great Property

This property did not disappoint. Property manager was very responsive and the description was spot on with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. This was the perfect location (3 blocks to oceanfront) to walk to and from the broad walk several times a day. This property definitely was sufficient in size to accommodate our family of 4 adults and 1 child. All pertinent information and welcome package was provided ahead of time to make check in and out a breeze. This space was very relaxing, open with a screened in patio and in a good location. All important amenities were provided; bedding, beach towels, bath towels, toaster, coffee maker and so much more. Will definitely book this property again the near future. Thank you.

A great little beach house

This was perfect for our family of 6-close to the beach (and 7-11 and sunsations) but nice and quiet and safe. I really enjoyed our stay and would love to return next summer!

Good location to beach

Enjoyed our stay in Virginia Beach. This property was a in good location in proximity to the beach. Kids enjoyed the TV in their room. I would recommend adding a few mirrors to the space as there was only one in the bathroom and it would have made sharing and getting ready more efficient.

Excellent location

Very welcoming house in an excellent location. nearby shops and 2 blocks from the beach. Clean house, except the floor that we had to do extra cleaning. Plenty bath, beach towels and beach chairs. Brand new appliances, utensils and dinnerware. The washer was a little noisy, but it works well and so the dryer. Strong internet signal was a plus. Nice screened porch with grill. We definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful beach cottage

The cottage was everything that we expected and more! It was so cute and clean-had almost every amenity you could think of and more! It was conveniently located near the beach and shops. I loved all the extra details that were put into the home. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house for family beach vacation!

We had a great family vacation here! The house was very clean and a nice layout. The short, 2 block walk to the beach was easy for everyone in the family. We appreciated having beach chairs and towels provided. And having TVs in 2 of the bedrooms gave our kids separate spaces to unwind after hours in the sand and sun. This was our first time in Virginia Beach and we will definitely be back!

Beach Stay

Nice rental near the beach. Easy walk. They have chair and umbrella rentals, on the beach, so didn’t even have to carry those. The house was neat and clean. Great washer and dryer. Would stay there again.
