SLEEPING FACILITIES: 5 Pers max.1st BEDROOM: 140cm bed. 2nd BEDROOM: 2 bunk beds 90cm + 1 bed 90cm.
KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, oven, 4-ceramic plates hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. TV. Sun blind, Stone barbecue, A/C upstairs and downstairs.
Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership and normally open from 15/06 to 30/09.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing with the traveler.
