Private Backyard Oasis perfect for your fury friend- Close to Beach and Tybee Favorites! Little Blue Beach House is the perfect place for your Tybee Island escape! Situated on a double lot, this home is truly unique with an oversized, landscaped, fully fenced-in backyard oasis. Here you can enjoy your own covered pavilion, private lawn and firepit areas. In the Spring and Summer: dine alfresco, play games on the lawn, enjoy a family movie night on the large flat screen! During cooler seasons, charcoal grill and watch the big game, roast marshmallows and gaze up at the stars. Inside, find an open concept living space. The well-equipped updated kitchen features marble countertops and stainless appliances including coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster oven, and microwave. Owners have provided everything you need to cook at home during your stay. The large dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. This house is spacious enough to sleep 10 with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and sea. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds, 2 with Smart TVs. The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds- perfect for the kids. ALL mattresses feature hybrid foam bedding for a good night’s rest. Little Blue is equipped with a wagon, beach chairs, and more to share with guests, plus plenty of books and board games and even a Wii for the kids to enjoy after a long day in the surf. Home has ample parking for groups. The Little Blue Beach House is just a short 6-minute walk to quiet North Beach, and only a block from Hucapoos, Tybean, shopping and more! You will absolutely love your time at the Little Blue Beach House on Tybee! Traveling with your favorite furry friend pay extra $250 to bring them and avoid the boarding fees. With the large fenced yard and doggy door they will feel like they're dreaming!

Nice stay

The house was nice. We had to leave after 2 days due to hurricane Debby. We enjoyed the outside patio the first evening we were there. Would come back!

Family vacation

House and yard are as described, clean and welcoming. Our family did complain about the beds- some too soft some too hard definitely a preference. Location was expected just know you need to travel to the beach by car or golf cart which I believe is in the description. All in all it was a nice house and we had a pleasant stay. Our family ranged from 15 yrs old to 78 years old. No little ones running around.

Family Beach Getaway

This property has nice curb appeal and inside decor as well as a lovely covered porch outdoor space with an outdoor shower for after beach cleanup. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax or come together for games and dinner in the shared living/dining/kitchen area. Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay. BIg shout out for a solid book selection for relaxed reading opportunities!

Great location and house

We had a great time. Great accommodations and location with a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. They need to fix the bike flat tires so they are usable, but I'd definitely return to this property.

Love the house, love the location, loved that all the extras were there for use including blankets. Throw pillows need cleaned or replaced along with the couch and loveseat, aside from being organized and arranged the cleanliness could have been a whole lot better.

Perfect for Multigenerational Vacation

We really enjoyed this house. The back yard was perfect for our children and the house was perfectly accessible for my aging grandmother. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will be staying again!

Great Vacation Place

Great place for family. Within bicycling distance to everything. Clean and comfortable and seem to be a great neighborhood. Everything you needed was there…hope to stay again.

Great spot!

The little blue house was a good fit for our family get together of seven. We had space to gather inside and out. We loved the outdoor shower! The proximity to the beach was great and we were able to get there by bike. We would have liked the house to have been better stocked including propane for the grill , laundry detergent and non perishable food items. Otherwise the house worked well for all of us!

Easy stay with young kids

This was a great place for us to stay with young kids and friends on our recent trip. It was close enough to the beach and shops. Kitchen was lovely to cook in. The back yard is as lovely as it looks, we wanted to spend more time out there but the mosquitoes and heat were rough. Would stay again.

Family gathering

The little blue house is so cute, property was very clean. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out with friends and family after a wedding on the island. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house with perfect backyard for kids

We loved having a fenced in yard and it was a great location. Nice little walk to the coffee shop every morning and not a bad walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommend-Great Yard Space

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. This location is easy to access, has plenty of onsite parking, is roomie inside and out. There were 10 of us in our group and everyone had space to themselves. The LARGE fenced in yard was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed the outdoor lounge space. Would HIGHLY recommend this property and will look here again on our stays!

Great Property. The picture on the flyer needs to be updated because it’s way nicer than the picture shows. Spacious back yard. We did run out of propane in the tank but other than that 100% successful experience

Little Blue House Love

We were in town for Savannah Half Marathon. The drive was easy, the location was great. Will def stay there again. Everything was very clean and neat! Perfect house for our stay.
