FULLY RENOVATED IN 2022 -

With over 1400 square feet of multi tiered composite decking with unobstructed views guests enjoy spectacular westward facing lake views, perfect for sunset cocktails, relaxing hot tub and dinner from multiple spacious decks. New for 2024 we have an outdoor pizza oven and outdoor movie theater!

This beautiful home on Lake Hamilton will not only immerse you in the natural beauty of this pristine lake, but also provide the laid-back comfort you desire for an amazing lakeside vacation getaway.

The main floor has a large living and dining room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and tons of natural light with a large bay window and views of the lake. Comfortable seating for watching sports or movies along with a dining table that seats 8 people.

The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with butcher block countertops, breakfast bar, stainless appliances and sliding doors that open onto the upper deck – perfect for grilling, dining, or enjoying your morning coffee. Breakfast bar with views of the lake add an additional seating for 4.

The master bedroom with king sized bed has a newly renovated on-suite bathroom with large tub, separate walk-in shower, and washer/dryer.

Upstairs has two large bedrooms, both with king beds. A newly renovated bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combination.

The basement level bunk room/game room includes a full/twin bunk bed combo, a queen sleeper sofa, full bath with shower and game table for cards, puzzles or board games.

Property also includes a hot tub which seats 6 adults comfortably, multiple decks built around the trees, with dining table and seating. Extras include an outdoor movie theater, pizza oven, swim deck with ladder, open boat tie-up and covered boathouse with room for a boat and jet ski.

Four paddleboards are included for your enjoyment at NO additional charge.

Neighbors on both sides are full time residents which provide a great environment for a quiet/secluded time at the lake. The house is great for families and friends to gather, unplug and enjoy nature.

The house is set up to accommodate 4 couples (between 3 bedrooms and the queen sleeper downstairs) or combination adults/kids with 6 adults (each with their own room) and 5 kids (between the full/twin bunkbed and sleeper sofa) in the downstairs bunkroom.

Large parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited.

House was great! The hot tub and outdoor fireplace at night was the perfect way to end each day

We were a group of 3 guys coming to town for our college roomie's daughter's wedding. We all had our own bedrooms on separate floors and our own bathroom as well. This house is just as beautiful as the pics suggest. The driveway is huge, the rooms are all spacious, the beds are all comfy, and the outdoor amenities are top shelf. It wasn't warm enough to get in the lake, but there's a boat dock and a swimming platform, so it would offer great lake access in the summer. The hot tub was clean and the fireplace was great, plus there was more wood for us to burn than we ever could've burned, stacked and ready to use. The only feedback I could offer would be to add curtains to the sliding glass doors. We will definitely book this again when come back for our next visit.

Tree house

Great house! Terry answered all of our questions quickly. Had everything we needed and more! Loved the lake view and we were only minutes away from the Hot Springs National Park. Room enough for all of us and the teens enjoyed the movie screen and the paddle boards. Great time had by all.

Perfect getaway

My family and I enjoyed our vacation at the tree house! The house is very well stocked with kitchen equipment, spices, and towels. The house was very clean, the owner was easy to communicate with as well. I would most definitely recommend this house for a lake vacation!

Another wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd time at the Treehouse and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! The location is perfect, a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed jumping off the swim dock and using the paddle boards! The hot tub makes it even better. We enjoyed the new pizza oven for homemade pizza! The home is clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 9. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views!

Nice home, beautiful views and wonderful deck areas! The only suggestion I would have is to add some mirrors to the bedrooms, possibly floor length. The upstairs only has 1 mirror in the bathroom and with 4 adults trying to get ready mirrors in the bedrooms would have helped. But definitely would recommend this home!

I stayed with family at Terry's house on the lake for the eclipse. He communicated well and the house was lovely and well-stocked. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great Spring Trip Stay w/ Family

We had the BEST time staying at this house. It was 6 adults (2 seniors) and 5 kids(12,10,10,6,6). The three king beds were some of the best beds we've all stayed in. The kids loved the downstairs areas, and all of the bathrooms were super nice. The extra half bath on the main level was clutch. The house was super clean and the awesome host left us a sweet welcome gift. Thank you Terry the kids were happy! We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful views. Paddle boards and hot tub were a huge hit and the kids enjoyed the outdoor movie night. The kids have all asked if we can come back to this EXACT house :) Thank you for letting enjoy Hot Springs and stay at your beautiful house!

Nice place for family

We needed a central place for family to gather for an early Thanksgiving. The kitchen is very well stocked and has lots of counter space. The home is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very thoughtful and helpful.

Wow! One of the best vacation spots 5 STARS

We will definitely continue to frequent this property, it’s absolutely wonderful. House was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. The location was great and the views amazing. We loved the hot tub at night enjoying the views off the huge deck. Grilling dinner and sitting watching the boats go by while the kids used the paddle boards and swam right below was just what the Dr. ordered. Such a memorable family vacation full of rest and relaxation. The owners were great to work and communicate with. Hoping to book our next trip soon!!

Great House on the Lake

We had a family get away with 6 adults for a long weekend at Lake Hamilton. This house was perfect. The accommodations are so clean and comfortable, the location is perfect and the host resounded quickly to any questions. We rented a boat and docked it at the house, enjoyed the provided paddle boards and did some fishing. I would absolutely recommend.

Great time at Piney!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was as advertised, house was very clean, and the communication with Terry was excellent. We got great use off all the amenities (hot tub, paddle boards, decks, etc.) and the sunset views were amazing. The house was adequately furnished with all the things we needed to cook. There's a charcoal grill and we aren't grill masters, so that took a little getting used to for us. If you're staying here, I highly recommend renting or bringing a boat or jet ski (there's a dock available). We rented a boat for the day and it was great to be able to pull right up to the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to others.

Water View - Close to National Park

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was very nice and clean with a great outdoor deck and view of the water; perfect for 2-3 families (we had two and would have been comfortable adding another). Great location that is close to the National Park and and downtown Hot Springs. Loved our stay!
