Historic vacation fattoria with pool, built around 1800

The Tenuta Le Case Nuove estate is located approximately 1.0 km from the sea and has in the hinterland approximately 150 hectares of land with grain fields, macchia and olive trees as well as a small lake where one can take long walks. The villa with its approximately 800 m2 of space, was built around 1800 and has served since as the summer and country residence for the family. There is a classically arranged garden in the front. In the shade of 150 year old trees, even the hottest days feel cool. The fattoria is furnished very nice and has at its disposal all modern day conveniences such as gas central heating, a wash machine, dish washing machine and a state of the art electrical system.

pure Lebensfreude
Das Anwesen ist etwas ganz Besonderes und der Aufenthalt dort eine wertvolle Erinnerung. Es hat sich angefühlt, als wäre man zu Besuch bei Freunden. Es ist alles vor Ort, was das Herz begehrt. Den Pool hatten wir tatsächlich ganz für uns und die Abkühlung dort ist ein Traum. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich von Susanne Eschen, die uns nicht nur das Ankommen, sondern auch den Aufenthalt versüsst hat. Wir empfehlen den Besuch des Restaurantes Nonna Isola, welches von ihr und ihrem Mann geführt wird. Vielen lieben Dank!

Wunderschönes Ambiente und großzügige Wohnung
Wir haben die Zeit in dieser einzigartigen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Toll ausgestattete Küche, wahnsinnig viel Platz, ein Traumpool. Ruhe, Natur und wenn man Remmidemmi erleben möchte, kann man zum Meer runter laufen.

An Amazing Property

A wonderful stay
A charming property full of history. The pool and the surrounding space was a daily highlight - spacious, and well equipped with loungers and shade. The property also had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable, the kitchen supported lots of family meals and the outside space had a gas BBQ and memorable large round table under the canopy of the trees with their crickets/ cicadas. The shops are walking distance as is the seaside. A great relaxing family retreat. Highly recommended.

Urlaub in der wunderschönen Toskana
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank für den netten Empfang. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Mit Frau Susanne Eschen hatten wir immer einen sehr freundlichen Ansprechpartner. Der schöne Garten hat uns trotz der sehr stechfreudigen Insekten (es ist halt Sommer) begeistert. Die Sommerhitze konnte man am großen Pool gut aushalten. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir haben einige der vielen sehenswerten Städte in der Toskana besucht, die Zeit war so schnell vorbei.

Zauberhaftes Haus mit märchenhaftem Garten
Nachdem wir den richtigen Weg zum imposanten Anwesen gefunden haben, herzlicher Empfang von Susanne Eschen. Wir tauchten in eine andere Welt ein, das Haus, der Garten mit den alten Bäumen, der grosse Pool es ist unbeschreiblich. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Giuseppina, die gute Seele des Hauses.

Magnificent week

sehr schöne anlage mit viel charme! großzügige küche mit allem, wunderschöner garten, pool wirklich groß. zu fuss auch schnell in der stadt. prima tips bzgl. einkaufen essen etc. für den strandbesuch sind wir etwas nach süden gefahren, da gab es kilometerweit strand ohne gedränge. alles in allem wirklich tip top!

Traumhaftes Objekt in tollem Anwesen
Wir haben den Urlaub zu fünft in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Objekt hat eine traumhafte Lage in einem Park, ruhig, aber dennoch ist man rasch im Ort und bei der nächsten Bäckerei. Die Übernahme des Objektes verlief völlig problemlos. Die Wohnung ist ein Juwel, sehr sauber, tolle hohe Räume, großzügig, sehr nette Einrichtung, die Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung, die Badezimmer mit ursprünglichen (und sehr gut funktionierenden) Armaturen. Terrasse und Garten sind äußerst großzügig, bieten viel Schatten und haben es uns schwer gemacht, zu Ausflügen das Objekt zu verlassen. Grandios ist der grosse, saubere Pool und die Liegemöglichkeiten rundherum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist uns schwer gefallen abzureisen. Wir planen, wieder zu kommen. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass die Kommunikation mit Maria Stella als Vermieterin und auch Frau Eschen als Kontaktperson vor Ort immer sehr einfach und prompt war.

Die perfekte Mischung aus Stil, Charme, Komfort und Klasse
Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern einen perfekten Urlaub in der Fattoria. Die Betreuung durch die Maria Stella und Susanne vor Ort waren herzlich, zuvorkommend und professionell zugleich - nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür. Alles war sehr individuell & stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Geschichte des gesamten Anwesens hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Mischung aus schattigem, grossen Garten, komfortablem Wohnbereich und großem, sonnenverwöhnten Pool sind großartig - auch der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zugleich ist man mit dem Auto schnell in Pisa, Livorno oder Florenz für einen (Halb)Tagesausflug - ideal. Wir haben die Gesamtatmosphäre unseres Urlaubes sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Schönes Haus und toller Pool
Wir haben eine entspannte Woche im Juli in der Fattoria verbracht. Das Haus ist schön, groß und gut gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort / zum Strand laufen. Besonders toll fanden unsere Kinder den großen Pool, den wir für uns alleine hatten. Die Einrichtung innen und außen und die großzügige Küchenausstattung sind super, einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wären weichere Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern. Vielen Dank an Maria Stella für die gute Kommunikation und an Susanne für die Einführung und Hilfe/Tipps vor Ort.

Unique and peaceful holiday experience
My family and I stayed one week at Fattoria in July 2019. We were very kindly welcomed. The apartment and the surroundings were incredibly exciting with many original details. We have never experienced such an exciting holiday home and such a beautiful garden. Very nice opportunity to eat out in the garden under the big trees. The apartment was very clean and neat and there was everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and worked fine for children aged 7 and 12. We already dream of returning. Family of 4 from Denmark

Traumhafte Anlage, liebevolle Einrichtung: Erholung pur
In der wunderschönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Fattoria haben wir als Familie den erholsamsten Urlaub seit langem verbracht. Hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen! Die Toscana mit den bilderbuch-haften Städten und Hügeln um die Ecke und eine sehr großzügige, gut gepflegte Anlage mit großem Pool bieten Raum für Abwechslung und Entspannung. Sehr schöner Urlaub. Eine wunderschöne Anlage. Super Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Poolanlage sehr gepflegt. Allerdings ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Hundezwinger mit mehreren Hunden, die Nachts fast ununterbrochen bellen, deshalb ein Stern abzug.

Unser Sommerwohlfühlidyll
Eigentlich wollten wir dieses Jahr spontan entscheiden wo es uns in unseren Sommerurlaub hinverschlagen sollte. Doch meine Frau hatte mich im Vorfeld überzeugt wue die letzten beide Jahre in die Fattoria von Maria Stella Diana zu fahren - und sie hatte "natürlich" Recht, In dieser Idylle kann man so gut die Seele baumeln lassen und herrliche Stunden am riesigen Pool geniesen. Wir haben auch neue kulinarische Highlights entdeckt, wobei das liebevoll eingerichtete Restaurant von Susanne, der guten Seele vor Ort, natürlich dazu gehört.

Autentisk og sjarmerende feriebolig med deilig uteplass
Familien vår hadde noen uforglemmelige feriedager i Fattoria Nuevo i Castiglionchello. Vi ble tatt svært godt imot og satte stor pris på at det var vann og andre nødvendigheter i kjøleskapet da vi kom, sent på kvelden. Huset ga oss den ekte italienske stemningen! I deilige sommerdager tilbrakte vi mesteparten av dagene utendørs, i den koselige bakhagen - hvor vi spiste mange gode måltider - og ved det store bassenget. Det var god boltreplass for uteaktiviteter. Vi likte også godt at det var gangavstand til strand og restaurantene i sentrum, og mye å utforske i områdene rundt. Kan absolutt anbefales! Anne Marie

Charming, peaceful villa
We spend 1 week at the Fattoria and really enjoyed our time in the villa. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy family time 'this is the place'. The pool is soo big you don't want to leave the house. Castiglioncello is a Nice little village with old villa's and an excellent starting point to visit for example Pisa or Lucca. Susanna was our host and she did everything to make us feel comfortable. I would certainly recommand this villa to friends and family.

Schöner Ort mit dem Charme der Vergangenheit
Sehr idyllisch gelegenes Haus mit viel Grün, Ruhe und herrlicher Natur. Man kann Spaziergänge in die üppige Natur und in die anmutige Landschaft direkt vom Anwesen aus unternehmen. Die Historie bedingt kleine Abstriche am Komfort. Da wackelt bedenklich ein Bett und verhindert erholsamen Schlaf, ein Wasserhahn tröpfelt nur, die Spülmaschine spült nicht sauber oder die Elektrik spielt verrückt. Ein Internetanschluss ist zwar vorhanden bietet jedoch nur antikes Tempo und über einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer würde man sich freuen. Andererseits bietet die Unterkunft mit ihrem Charme eine gute Gelegenheit zu entschleunigen und in den genius loci einzutauchen. Der Buchungs- und Bezahlvorgang über den Vermittler ist aber definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Es bedurfte mehrerer Telefonate und E-Mails um aufzuklären und zu erklären, obwohl vonseiten des Mieters alles richtig lief. Die Betreuerin des Anwesens Susanne und ihr Mann Enrico waren sehr hilfsbereit und in der Lage, die Mängel zu beseitigen. Die Vermieterin war immer für uns ansprechbar. Castiglioncello ist im Frühling äußerst einladend, besticht durch seine schönen Villen, die herrlichen Pinien und üppige Vegetation. Die Passage am Meer ist absolut ruhig und autofrei, bietet wunderbare Spazierwege und Ausblicke und eine sehr einladende Gastronomie mit ausgezeichneten Fischgerichten direkt am Meer.

A great place to relax and dream
What I should say: almost everything was perfect! The huge apartment, the beautiful garden spending hours during lunch, dinner and listening the voice of the nature. The marvellous hours spending at the big pool. You find verything what you need, if it's a candle, an umbrella, any implements in the kitchen - there is really no want for anything - including the WLAN (for our kids) We enjoyed our two weeks stay and sure, we will come back. Thank you!!!

Beautifull and stunning place!
Whaaauuw, that's the first word that I can think of when we arrived at Fattoria le Case Nuove in Castilglioncello. What a stunning property! We were completely amazed and had a great time. We hardly wanted to leave the house and big swimmingpool :-)...we did some shopping for diner and had great evenings in the garden with the BBQ. No rush, relaxed all the time and appriciated all the beautifull things around us. Our 6 year old son had also a great time and that is important for us! Also the old town is very, very beautifull and nice to go to. The beach Vada only 5 min ride we loved because of it's white sand and blue water. Looked like the carribean :-). We even did some kitesurfing at that beach. Suzanne was a great host. We could ask her anything. The first night there was a big thunderstorm and all powersupplies failed after that. We managed to fix it but Wifi/modem did't work anymore after the thunder. 2 days later Suzanne brought a new modem. Also the owner gave us correct and good information before arriving at the Fattoria. Great hospitality! We are really thinking of coming back again. Best Regards from Holland

Idyllisch - Gemütlich - Ein Zuhause!!
Idyllische Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung, alle wichtigen Geschäfte und sehr gute Restaurants im Ort. Perfekte Ausstattung der Wohnung...es fehlt an nichts. Wohnung ist landestypisch und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Reinigung sind sichergestellt. Einfach hinfahren, abschalten, erholen, nicht mehr Nachhause-Wollen...und nichts vermissen!!!
