New Game room with Ping pong and Foosball ready for 2023! Come visit Door County and experience the quaint and historic Village of Ephraim. This gorgeous 3,000 square foot home is custom painted with vaulted ceilings and light-filled spaciousness. It is located near forest and water exploration opportunities, hikes, or a magical ride on the Sunset Trail in Peninsula State Park. 3 Suites with adjoining living areas allow for privacy and The large great room and dining room area allow for everyone to come together. Situated on a wooded private lot with 2 car attached garage, fire pit, grill, outside sitting area, and 2 decks, surrounded by perennial gardens and wild flowers. Nature abounds, abundant bird watching, and dark night sky for star gazing are just a couple activities you can enjoy in this beautiful natural setting.
Five 50 inch TVs and three sound bar set ups, two with additional bass speaker, exist to allow for your entertainment and music enjoyment. There is a new pack and play and high chair, aero bed and a single mattress to deploy from closets as needed. There is a Tesla generation three destination charger in the garage for your use. My goal is to have your stay here be extraordinary🦋

Girls trip

The house was clean and was the same as you see on the photos. Owner was great with communications. House had everything you needed, beds were comfortable and there was more than enough rooms and bathrooms for 6 women. Would definitely recommend and be back!

Spacious and comfortable home away from home.

This home is the perfect place for a friends/couples vacation. Couples or friends can each have their own private bedroom/full bath, plus there is a 4th bedroom with a half bath. The house is very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. Luke’s attention to detail and responsiveness is outstanding.

Heaven in Door County

This was the second time that we stayed in this house, and the reason is simple--it is that good. The house is spacious and clean, and the owner has done EVERYTHING to make the visitors' stay as wonderful as possible. For example: as I got ready to go to bed the first night, I started looking for an outlet where I could recharge my phone--not to worry--the owner has charging stations on tables by each side of the bed! My wife and I stayed in one area, my older son and his girl friend stayed in another area, and my younger son, his wife, and their five-month-old daughter stayed in another area. I never heard their daughter cry, and we never got in each other's way. The owner has done everything possible to make this a dream destination.

Beautiful home, great location

This location is near many fun places to visit. Even better, it is secluded and has a feeling of complete rest and relaxation. The wildlife activity is delightful, the games and activities in the house and the beautiful weather made for a perfect vacation. We had 2 13 yr old boys, 2 20 yr old guys and 2 parents on our trip. Because of the many spaces available, we were all able to hang out together when we wanted, but also separate to easily do things on our own. The kids loved the game room. I loved the peace and quiet on the deck for reading and listening to the birds. I'd give it 10 starts if I could!

Door County Wedding Stay

The home gave us plenty of space to be together or have some privacy if needed. The kitchen was well stocked (always love to have ziploc bags available) which made cooking so easy. The travel crib and high chair were so handy! There were even a few kids books and toys. Plenty of adult games too. Something for everyone!

Amazing property

This place is so nice! The owner is very friendly and communicates with you to be sure all is going well. The property is close to everything, yet still seems remote because you have wildlife and quiet. The layout of the house is perfect for couples. Thank you Luke!

Perfection

We had rain throughout our entire stay, so we spent a lot of time inside. I’m so glad we chose this place. It’s even better than the photos show. Lots of room for privacy, but also great spaces for community fun. Can’t wait to return.

Ideal Vacation Property

Stayed for four nights with our family (6 guests). An excellent property in private, wooded surroundings with birds, chipmunks, squirrels and wild turkey to watch through our bedroom window! Perfect Location!

Our family of five (that included three teenage sons) loved the house! The location was a perfect pit stop to visit all of the towns around Door County. It felt so secluded at the end of a dead end road with the wildflowers and wildlife surrounding it, but so many shops and restaurants were so close to go somewhere different for every meal. It was very clean and Luke thought of everything we might need. His communication was excellent before, during and after our visit. Not only was the house stocked but he also helped with ideas for what to do on our visit. We rate all of our summer vacations since 2013 and this is our new number one.

Immaculate beautiful home

We loved this property. It was so clean, with all the amenities of home. There was no hand mixer when we were making a cake and Luke delivered a new one within a day! Wow. We enjoyed the deck, the fire pit, the lovely living/dining room for games and hanging out. Only comment is our basement dwellers were fairly chilly but the provided space heater really helped. We will definitely check this property when we return to Door County. Home away from home!

Great house for large groups

This property is a great option for a large group of people. Lots of space. Luke has the place setup nicely and does a good job of equipping and taking care of the property. Would be nice if this had a view of the bay, but it is nicely located near Ephraim and close to all the Door County has to offer.

Christmas in June

My husband and I give our adult kids experiences together for Christmas. This year we chose Door County. Luke’s place was absolutely perfect for comfort and memory making. It was so clean and spacious. Luke thinks of every amenity and creature comfort. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Property and Host

Three couples on memorial day weekend stayed at this wonderful property. It is all in the details. From the lilac cuttings in vases to the amazing communication from the host, Luke. It was perfect. Each of us had space to ourselves and the ability to hang out together. We played ping pong, cards, and bags. Hung out talking and enjoying cocktails around a nice fire pit. The home was beautifully maintained. Lovely artwork to enjoy and absolutely everything we needed. This will be a perfect spot for friends as well as families. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks Luke!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time in Door county and at the property. We had 3 couples and each couple had their own space to relax. We spent our together time hanging in the living room and kitchen area. Everything that we could have asked was present!

Very, very comfortable. Luke was an excellent host. Plenty of privacy for each of three families but also lots of 'come together' space. Also overall a great location to everything conceivable in Door County.

Quiet location, immaculate home

This is the second year we've stayed here for a three day golf vacation. The home is spacious, well-appointed/equipped, immaculate, has comfortable beds and many nice touches such as candles and aroma therapy dispersers. The wooded location is quiet, with a nice deck and fire pit. Luke is very available and responsive to any questions or situations.

I love nature and being close to forests and water, Door County is a dreamland for me. I enjoy sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming in the summer sun. I have worked as a contractor, handyman, & head of maintenance so transforming my own home has been incredibly enjoyable. I live here for 6 months and then go to some family cottages for half the year so I now open my home here at VRBO. My goal is to provide a gorgeous extraordinary space that has you eagerly anticipate your next visit. Come to the heart of Door County, historic and quaint Ephraim.

This home has privacy for may groups to gather and close off doors for three separate areas. The idea is to have this space be art, original art on the walls all around, and a simple, cozy feel.
