This 3-room apartment will make you feel at HOME as soon as you arrive. Furnished with taste, this superb 90 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of:

The LIVING AREA:

→ A very bright living room facing SOUTH, opening onto the terrace with a dining table and 4 chairs, a large corner sofa to relax on after beautiful sightseeing, all accompanied by BEAUTIFUL decoration.

→ A fully equipped kitchen: two refrigerators (one large with a freezer and a smaller one), a microwave, induction cooktops, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as everything you need for QUALITY breakfasts: toaster, Nespresso coffee maker (What else?), a kettle for tea lovers, and, of course, all the dishes and utensils.

→ A beautiful SOUTH-facing TERRACE with outdoor table, chairs, and a very comfortable hanging chair.

The SLEEPING AREA:

→ A first bedroom that opens onto the second SOUTH-facing terrace (sun loungers included for sunbathing) with a QUEEN SIZE bed (160x200) and a large closet.

→ A second bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE bed (160x200) or 2 small beds (80), a mirror, and a wardrobe.

→ A beautiful shower room with two sinks.

→ A large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

→ A separate toilet.

For a more authentic experience, head to the Old Port for a boat trip to the Lérins Islands. And, of course, what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, atmospheric bars, casinos, luxurious hotels, and shops are around every corner.

Magnifique

L'appartement est très bien situé. À distance de marche de la plage, du restaurant et des magasins. L'appartement est très moderne, propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin avec des draps et des serviettes de bonne qualité. L'arrivée et le départ ont été faciles et les hôtes ont été très sympathiques.
