Kick back and relax at this spacious beach home just minutes from Anna Maria Island in Bradenton! Perfect for families and restful getaways, The Palm features:

4 well-appointed bedrooms on one level (including 2 king bedrooms)
A beautiful open kitchen equipped with all-new furnishings

HOUSE RULES:

- ID to be provided upon request.

- No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.

- No check-ins or check-outs allowed on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.

- Only the person that booked the reservation will be allowed to check-in and you must have a valid working phone number. Guest who books the property must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

- Safety in and around the pool is sole responsibility of guests while you are here. Children should never be left unattended while in or around the pool area.

- Max number of guests allowed at the property is 12. Max of 8 adults.

- Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm. No rowdy/noisy parties allowed. If you are looking for a house to party at, this is not the house. NO FIREWORKS.

- 4 cars max at the home at all times - please park on the driveway. No street parking is allowed.

- Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis and must be disclosed prior to booking due to insurance guidelines. There is an additional $150 fee for pets. No pets on furniture, beds or in the pool please. All pet waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Pets must be kenneled whenever you leave the house.

- No smoking allowed inside! Smoking fee of $200 per day of your stay will be applied should we find out that you smoked in the home. No vaping or drug use allowed while on property, inside or out.

- Violation of house rules are grounds for terms of the rental to be terminated & visitors will be asked to leave without reimbursement for any portion of their reservation.

GARBAGE is collected 2x per week - Mon and Thurs. Please put black garbage cans out on SUNDAY night and both black and blue recycle can out WED night.
QUIET HRS: 10pm-8am daily. No loud music or parties. We are in a quiet neighborhood and respect our neighbors.

Perfect Spot

I used this property for a business trip so I didn't get to enjoy all of the luxuries as much as I'd want to, but it was perfectly located and had everything I needed. Super clean, bedrooms were great and spacious. The pool is a big bonus - very relaxing! I would recommend this property to those looking to stay with their families or with friends. It's conveniently located to the beach with a short 10 minute drive. Thanks for a great stay!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at your place. It was a family vacation so we had our children and two grandchildren. The location was good and close to AMI. Appreciated all the beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, toys and especially the wagon! Thank you for all of that. Also having the high chair and pack n play available was so helpful. This place is truely set up for a family vacation.The neighborhood was nice and safe as we enjoyed walks to see the sunset and the manatees in the bay. My only complaint is that i felt the house could have been a little better stocked with supplies, kitchen and cleaning. But overall we had a wonderful time. Thank you

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

We enjoyed our family vacation at this conveniently located home. The pool area was wonderful. It was a short drive to Anna Maria Island beaches and shops. The neighborhood is safe and inviting. Plenty of space inside and out for everyone!

Great House. Just as advertised. We went with total of 10people (6 children) and everyone was happy. Pool was great and heated every day, house was clean, host very responsive. Short drive to Anna Maria Island couldnt be happier.

We enjoyed our time at The Palm. The home was very clean and accommodating for our large family. The kids loved the pool as well. The outdoor space was great for sitting out each night. Short drive to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. I’d recommend staying at this home, we loved our stay.

Perfect Place

Our Stay at The Palm

This is a perfect property for a family. Great for all ages. Pool perfect size for our group of 7. We opted for the heat in pool and temp was perfect for the littles. All living spaces were generous and comfortable. Eating areas both indoor and outdoor were perfect. Kitchen was large and well equipped. We hope to return and would recommend to anyone.

Great Getaway during Soccer Showcase

We are 3 moms traveling with our teen daughters to a soccer showcase in Lakeland Park. We were able to get to Manatee Beach (beautiful beach and the host provides beach chairs and other beach supplies! So great!) during our downtime and the house was perfect! Huge kitchen, well equipped for everything we needed. Pool was AWESOME! We had so much fun! The house was generously sized for 7 women. The host was responsive and very accomodating. I HIGHLY recommend this home - it was really perfect!

Extremely spacious home. Many items to help keep the family enjoying vacation. I have stayed through VRBO a few times. These owners by far went above the norm as far as Incidental necessities at the home. Trash bags, detergent, lil supplies that helped so much. Lovely home would definitely recommend.

Just Amazing

This property is one of the best we've been. Everything is entirely new and spotless. Tasteful decoration and an incredibly comfortable layout made our vacation a dream. We stayed during Thanksgiving break. We were two families with a total of 6 kids under 12. The house is perfect for groups this size. Our kids enjoyed the pool, all the beach, and pool toys; the drive to Ana Maria Island is only 10 minutes. We needed to communicate with the owner during our stay, and she and the property manager were very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Oh the memories….

We truly enjoyed our stay at “The Palm”. Everything was exactly as described. The house is beautiful. It is stocked with all the necessities without a ton of items cluttering the cabinets. We loved that we did mot have to bring towels for the beach. The garage has a cooler, two umbrellas, pool toys. The neighborhood is stunning and I definitely recommend taking a walk seeing the beautiful houses and sunsets over the inter coastal. Amanda was a wonderful host, gracious, and very responsive. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our vacation. At first we were hesitant to stay on the mainland but the short drive over the bridge was worth it, given the spacious lots and houses which the neighborhood provides. Thank you again for a wonderful time which we will cherish forever.

Fantastic Vacation Home

My family had an awesome time at this lovely and immaculate resort home. It’s location is perfect! We spent a couple days at Anna Maria Island (our favorite) which is only 10 minutes away. The kids loved The Nest climbing area at Robinson’s Preserve nearby. We loved viewing the sunset and walking the historical loop at De Soto Memorial 10 minutes away. Bradenton Riverwalk was fun to walk in the evening. We loved driving down the keys from Anna Maria Island to St Armand’s and walking around downtown Sarasota. Tide Tables Restaurant near the island was absolutely delicious. All of us got hooked on Sweet Berries custard yogurt. The Ringling Museum is so interesting and attendance is free on Mondays. The house is well-stocked for cooking, very clean, and has a spacious layout. Everyone loved the pool which was a great size for us! We loved that it was heated up right before we arrived (well worth the fee). There were plenty of beach balls and sand toys for the little ones. The neighborhood is lovely to walk in and the runners in my family loved running there. We always felt safe. We are very grateful to our hosts for allowing us to stay at their beautiful vacation home and we hope to return soon!!

Christmas getaway

Great rental property for two families from two different states to meet up for the Christmas holidays. Plenty of room and great amenities, including the heated pool (for the coldest Christmas in FL in 30 years). Response time and communication from the host were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We love the proximity to amazing beaches and the relaxed vibe of the neighborhood. It really does feel like home away from home...without the snow! We enjoying visiting the nearby manatees on our morning walks.
This property is close to Robinson Preserve which is a fantastic place to walk, kayak, watch wildlife and experience Florida's natural beauty. Anna Maria still feels like a hidden FL gem...we love the people, the small family-owned businesses and the delicious restaurants on and off the island. There truly is something for everyone here. But the very best thing....sunshine and time spent with those you love! This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy.
