Beautiful brand new home is set on the highest spot in Orchid Bay. This home was built to take advantage of stunning ocean and bay views. So whether you prefer sunrise or sunset views you have both.

The main floor comes with master bedroom and bath with own decks.

Large kitchen, living room and entertainment center walk into beautiful dining room that seats 10 -12. second floor has three suites all beautifully decorated with own full bathrooms.

Small bunk room also sits on the second floor. All suites look out to ocean, bay and harbor views.

This home sits on 4 acres of secluded forest. The backyard is set up for true privacy with pool and large patio for sunbathing. So as you enjoy the warm Caribbean sunshine at your own private pool you will feel completely alone in this piece of paradise.

If you desire to snorkel or dive one of the most stunning tropical reefs around or walk an amazing 3 miles of white powder sand beach simply take a 2 minute ride in your golf cart to Orchid Bays beautiful beach park right on the aqua blue waters of the Atlantic

Also included on the ground floor is a separate bunk room that includes 3 bunks, TV and air conditioning for overflow bed space or a great kids hang out.

Fun Time

Best designed vacation home ever. We truly enjoyed the privacy and location close to everything. This is our second time and look forward to another visit. Great Guana is a special place and this home matches that.

One of the best family vacations ever!

Our family of 16 had a fabulous time during our week here. The home is situated in a lovely neighborhood that felt very safe for teenagers to do their morning run. We rented golf carts to get to beaches, bars, grocery and exploring. There are tennis courts and pickleball courts as well. This property is well equipped to accommodate a large family. Everyone enjoyed the expansive porches with beautiful panoramic views and lounging in the pool. We felt like we were on top of the world.

Always great…..

We have stayed on this property twice. (2018 and 2024) both times we had a group of ten. The property is always well maintained. The owner is extremely responsive. The island is beautiful. We have stayed on other homes on Guana and really appreciate being in Orchid Bay. The pool is a must have. Highly recommended!

Harper Stay - 7/1/23-7/8/23

Property is fantastic. Beds were outstanding. The only suggestion would be a walk through of the house to replace dead light bulbs and ensure all light switches work. There was only one outside porch light on the pool side and no pool lights at all. Minor stuff, a great house!

Panoramic View House

We have been going to Orchid Bay for years and years, but this year we decided to rent a house as our family has grown. Panoramic was the best choice we could have made. The house was beautiful, the views were spectacular, and the pool was wonderful. Check in was a breeze and the owner was so helpful. We will definitely be back!! Panoramic is amazing!

Our large group had a fantastic stay at Panoramic! The view is amazing! The golf cart rides to and from the boat dock were just beautiful. The house is nice and big with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. All of the rooms are comfortable and accommodating. The pool is fantastic after a long day on the water. I had a couple of questions during the first few days and the owner and property manager were very, very helpful and responsive. Our week in paradise went by way too fast—we look forward to going back to Panoramic!!!

Wonderful vacation

This property is beautiful and perfect for a large group. We had two families (12 people) with plenty of room. House was very well stocked and the views were amazing. Owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond. We had to quickly vacate due to a storm and he was so kind and accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great Home in Orchid Bay

WE had a great stay at Panorama - House easily took 6 guests. Great outdoor spaces and pool area. Very clean and had all the basics. WE would recommend it highly.

Love Orchid Bay

Excellent Stay

We had 2 families share this property. There was more room than we could use. Panoramic is good description of the property. You have 360 degree views from the upstairs bedrooms. Everything worked well - hot showers, laundry, air conditioning, BBQ, etc.. The place even has sand toys, beach chairs and ice chests for your daily outings. Owner was easy to work with. Check in was simple. Orchid Bay is a great place to stay. The location allowed us to explore the island by golf cart and other islands by boat. Beach access was a few minutes away. I would definitely stay at this property again.
