The Space:
Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.
The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

Perfect for a Large Family

This was the perfect place for our family of 8! We have family that lives in Thornton and we wanted to be close to them with room to spread out. The home was clean and in great shape.

Disappointed

You are required to use a third party check in website which requires a non-refundable fee of 39 or a refundable 1000 hold. I am in process of moving so my budget is very tight and the extra hidden cost to checkin wasnt doable for me. The host agreed to pay the fee after Vrbo customer sevice informed them it wasnt in the listing or rental agreement, which I was grateful for. Once on the home, there was some minor issues of cleanliness, baseboards not cleaned, inch of dust under the beds, the cabinets were dirty and paint chipped on them and mold on the ceiling in the cabinets. I informed the host and wasnt going to mention it not that big of a deal even though i spent over a 1000 for 8 day stay. I needed to extend which wasnt possible due to other incoming reservations. I was offered the lower init of the property for another week and I was grateful that i wouldnt have to move all of my belongings to another properrty as i had things i was going through to put them in storage or donate. Checkout was at 10 am and i went over the checkout time. But i was waiting for lower unit to be ready so i could move my stuff downstairs. At 1230 the cleaner arrived and i was still getting things out and just outting them in the yard. She immediately began taking pictures and acting appalled at how much work she thought she was going to have to do. She said theybdidnt pay her enough to do all this extra. I told her i would have it all cleaned by the time she was odne with the li ...

335 is cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. I was glad someone left a box fan behind. There is a permanent downstairs occupant. Street parking only.
