As advertised. Very nice and clean. Low water pressure on day one but owner fixed as quickly as possible so we could stay! Very nice view through live oaks out over the marsh!
The hosts were very accommodating. Property was as described. The location was ideal!

Sewer came through shower
I wouldn’t have minded all the little flaws, if we wouldn’t have paid close to $250 per night!
The bathtub in the master bedroom looks like the tile hasn’t been finished and the glass sinks are covered in lime. We haven’t used this bathroom at all - overall we stayed little to no time in the house, since we visited family close by! The mattress in the master is way too soft for my taste, but that’s a personal preference!
The last night before we left my husband went to take a shower and the sewage came up in the shower drain - all the host replied the next day was “that there should only be used toilet paper in the toilet and he would have to send a plumper out to get it checked”. No apologies or nothing!
Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property since the price is way too high for the quality you receive and the communication with the owner is kind of weird!

Needs some attention
The location was perfect and we had plenty of room for 4 adults. We could had added a couple of kids but no more than that. When we arrived, I had to clean one of the bathrooms because there was mold in the tub/shower floor and we found a pair of old socks on top of the picnic table outside. The second ensuite bedroom bed frame was broken and supported by a stack of bricks and tge bed linens caught on nails poking out of the frame. This place needs some attention.

Inconsiderate host and dirty house
Land and location were great. Bad Host and Bad house!!!! The land this property sits on is absolutely breathtaking. First, we traveled to this property (4.5 hour drive) and were told check in would be at 4 pm and made our travel arrangements accordingly. Around 3 PM of the day we were checking in, I realized the email from Vrbo “with our keys to our property” actually didn’t include any instructions from the host on how to check in. I contacted the host with no response so I also contact Vrbo customer service. We were already in the area waiting to check in when the host calls and says we can’t check in for an additional two hours. He never apologized even when he told us we could check in. He said a maid was cleaning the property but I honestly believe he forgot we had booked the property. He said to “go eat at a restaurant and he’ll reimburse us”, he never reach out to even make an attempt of amending that huge inconvenience. The house looked clean at first glance but then you start to notice the caked dust on the light fixtures, floors were not vacuumed, and random items left behind from other guests in plain sight that ANY maid would see to pick up. The master bathroom shower is not as pictured. There is no tub, its moldy, mildewy, and rusty, the spout for the actual tub is just a pipe sticking out of the wall with some weird spout to try and direct water. Any child or adult can seriously hurt themselves. Also, we slide a dresser over in bedroom next to the kitchen. To make more room for our things and found a pile of LITTLE GIRLS CLOTHES and a photo album with pictures of a women, children and a man STUFFED under and behind the dresser!!! The pictures of the women were of a sexual nature and there are CHILDREN in her photos (we are reporting this to local police with photo evidence). The house was extremely strange and the host was extremely rude. Save yourself the stress of this listing.
It was a great experience. House was super cute. Wish it was bigger . Definitely doesn’t fit 10 ppl comfortably. Bed was broke from previous stay. Overall the home was nice.
We went fir the Florida Georgia game. Couldn’t have been a better location. House is beautiful and comfy for the six of us. Highly recommend staying here and Kyle responds quickly
This house was everything I wanted and more. First things first, the location is simply incredible. Just a short trip away from both mainland Jacksonville and Amelia Island/Fernandina beach, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The house itself was very clean and recently refinished. All the amenities were modern and worked like a dream. The backyard was a fantastic place for our friend group to hang out, with swings, a fire pit, and a ping pong table making great places to chat and pass the time at. Kyle was great and explained everything in the house well and even recommended some great local spots that I would have never thought of going to if he had not done so. All in all, this house was a 10/10 and I will definitely be renting it again the next time I’m in the area.
It was a wonderful house, however we did have issues finding a few times when we left. It's beyond trees. Other than that it was nice.

It could be better
The house is located in a very nice area. However, my stay was not too pleasant, the second bathroom didn’t work at all ( shower and toilet) We found it like that and any diligence was made to fix it. We were a party of 8, everyone had to use the master bedroom bathroom, which made us feel very uncomfortable for the whole stay.
