Independent gîte on the farm, on the ground floor, living room with kitchen area, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), electric heating, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine linen, mobile phone, wifi, open grounds, barbecue, freezer, garden furniture, terrace. Sheets, household and bathroom linen provided Travel cot and high chair. Unfenced land of 4500 m² shared by the gîte and the owner. Independent entrance. Agricultural exploitation: kiwis, corn.
