The apartment complex consists of four wonderful villas in a sunny location with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. The tastefully furnished apartments create a unique atmosphere.
The guests of the house have a spacious, Mediterranean planted garden (5,000 m) with a barbecue area as well as a large swimming pool, underwater massage, separate children's pool, sun terrace with sun loungers.
The holiday complex is open all year round and offers a varied and interesting leisure program in every season.
A private parking lot provides additional comfort. An airport shuttle is also part of the 'FONDO LA CAMPAGNOLA' service. 50 m from the resort is the 'HOTEL EUROPA', which is also run by the 'FONDO LA CAMPAGNOLA' family of operators. Sehr schön und sehr laut

Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. Auch die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung Mandorlo liegt jedoch direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, der Motorenlärm dröhnt über allem und ist am Wochenende kaum zu ertragen. Das überschattet leider den sonst sehr positiven Gesamteindruck.

Sehr schöne und toll gepflegte Anlage

Als kleine Familie mit knapp zwei jähriger Tochter hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Gargnano. Der Garten, der Pool und die gesamte Anlage des Fondo la Campagnola Resorts sind traumhaft schön und sehr gut gepflegt. Schade, dass wir nach der langen Anreise damit begrüßt wurden, dass es einen Buchungsfehler gab und wir zwar ein Apartment bekommen würden, aber am nächsten Tag umziehen müssten. Nach 15 Stunden Anreise mit Kleinkind war das für uns sehr schwer nachvollziehbar, auch, weil in dem Apartment, in das wir umziehen sollten, eine Familie mit Hund wohnte. Laut FeWo sind keine Haustiere erlaubt und dies war eigentlich ein wichtiger Punkt für uns. Es gab einen großen Streit, aber wir hatten nur die Wahl umzuziehen oder abzureisen. Also zogen wir am nächsten Tag um und konnten dann endlich in den Urlaub starten, der dann auch wirklich schön war. Als Entschuldigung für den Buchungsfehler bekamen wir ein Frühstück auf Kosten der Familie, die das Hotel ggü. und die Anlage betreibt. Für die Bewertung gibt es auf Grund unserer Erfahrung Abzüge beim Check-In. Die Lage des Resorts ist insgesamt gut und nah am Ortskern, es gibt jedoch einen Punktabzug auf Grund der großen und viel befahrenen Straße, die direkt angrenzt und die man 30-40 Meter ohne Bürgersteig entlang laufen muss, um in den Ortskern zu kommen. Mit Kleinkind und Kinderwagen war dies teilweise schwierig.

Schöne Anlage

Das Gesamtobjekt ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit 4 Häusern und einem tollen Pool. Das Haus in dem wir untergebracht waren lag leider an der Straße und war daher sehr laut. Mit geschlossenen Fenster und Klima konnte man trotzdem gut schlafen. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter haben sich gut gekümmert und kleinere Dinge (kaputte Kaffeemaschine, Ausfall WLAN) sofort behoben.

Toller Mini-Urlaub

Die Wohnung war groß und sauber und sie hatte eine schöne Terrasse! Man konnte schnell von dort den kleinen Hafen erreichen. Der Pool im Grünen war auch sehr schön und groß. Gerne wieder! 😊

Schön schöner Gardasee

Schöne Unterkunft mit herrlichem Garten und Pool. Die Wohnungen sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In wenigen Minuten ist ein kleiner Hafen und einige Restaurants zu erreichen.

Really nice place to stay

Silvana and her family are very helpfull and friendly. Hotel over looking the lake we stayed in one of the apartments that is just down the road. It has a lovely garden with the lovely pool. Just a short walk to the lake with restaurants, cafe’s .
