Cozy Cabin in an AMAZING location with a park like setting "Unlimited Parking"
Our tiny house is located in a secluded forest area with only a few neighbors in sight. Close to the town, only a 2 min walk from the Pigeon Forge Trolley stop and about a 1 min drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. We call our cottage the Cozy Cub, and as you can see from the pictures, it is a cozy little house. Perfect for up to 3 guests, but offers unlimited parking for your trailer, camper, truck or anything else you may be bringing with. Our house has a pull-out sofa bed on the main floor living-room area, and a queen size bed in the open upstairs bedroom area. Even-though our house is tiny, it has a full-size bathroom with a step-in shower, sink and toilette, and a full-size well-equipped kitchen. Even if you are tall, you will have no problems fitting in at Cozy Cub.

Great comfy stay that is a cozy get away right off the strip but also in a secluded private area. The Host is also super nice and helpful and is nearby if you have any problems.
My husband and I came with our little dog. Perfect location for us to be able to come back and check in on him. Small one bedroom perfect for our weekend getaway!!!
We didnt stay super long as we had plans in town, but the stay was awesome! Straight forward. Will say if the vrbo app cant download pdfs, just open it un your web browser and youre good to go! 10/10 would stay again.
We were looking for something with a walk in shower and dog friendly, and this one worked for us.
It is small, but cute, and worked out great for the two of us. The location we enjoyed, as it wasn't far from any of the attractions we enjoy, yet it wasn't located on the main road.
No problems with communicating with the owner, and everything went well with our check in. On our next annual trip to this area, we'll look to see if this one is available then.
We had a wonderful stay. This tiny home had everything we needed. Had initial trouble with getting in, but only because I hadn't checked VRBO prior to arrival, and then had no service when we arrived. Was able to get it figured out quickly.
Exactly as advertised! Absolutely perfect location. Not as secluded as we thought, however we only saw one persn our entire stay. Which was great. Had everything we needed as far as towels, dishes, beding. The air-conditioning was a life saver, worked perfectly and we slept like babies. Highly recommend if you don't mind the tiny home living. Bonus the price was Great!
Walked in and air conditioning was on and comfortable snd smelled great! Perfect for 2 adults. Was clean and tidy! The location is at the edge of Pigeon Forge so going into Gatlinburg was easy. Felt like you were way out in the woods but just one quick turn out and you had great access to everything. Kitchen was perfect size and bed was comfortable in the loft. You might have to lean over in shower if you are tall. Loved our little cabin tiny house in the woods!
The cabin was great, the location was great, everything was great. Not quite as secluded as I was expecting but still pretty well tucked away(couldn’t hear the traffic on Parkway). I just wish I would’ve found the dehumidifier sooner. A small fenced in area for dogs would be nice but I can’t complain.
Very unusual place. Very tiny, but doable. Leann the housekeeper was simply amazing. I give a 10,000,000 score all day long. Her concern and true character revealed a woman who had a heart of pure gold.
The only issue we had was the water was not working properly. We had to go to a friends to shower. This was and hour drive one way and honestly embarrassing.
This was a birthday present that I chose because I wanted a special occasion for my wife and I. I will choose a different location should we decide to do this again, because I would prefer not being in that small of a space again.
good location, central to get around to gatlinburg to the right, or the rest of PF and to Townsend and that side of the GSMNP to the left. It was quiet! (The place I stayed before was on a very busy rode full of harleys, trucks, cars). Full kitchen is great. It feels a little dated inside. The a/c needed to be on DRY the whole time b/c it stayed a cool humid inside. I didn't care for looking at the collection of cars at the entrance, but again, it was just a week. Leanne, their house keeper, was great! 2 bears did come through on 2 different evenings, yay! The hosts don't leave out instructions and tips like most do, so print out what they send you.

The hosts are great but be careful if you are sensitive to strong fragrances
It should first be noted that the hosts are absolutely fantastic. They were quick to accommodate us when we had concerns, even at 12:30am when we arrived at the site.
My wife is very sensitive to allergens and strong fragrances. The tiny home had several AirWick air freshners plugged in which caused her air ways to become constricted. Due to this and few other concerns (which the hosts stated they fixed after we left) the hosts were able to move us into another one of their properties for several days so we had somewhere to stay during such a busy time (every hotel was 100% booked). It allowed us to still enjoy our stay in the area and we are thankful for their help.
If you are sensitive to these kinds of things it may be a good idea to contact the hosts ahead of time to see if anything can be done to accommodate.

Disliked: Communication
The property was just okay. Not very comfy coming back to rest for the evening. The bedroom was warm even though it was cool outside, unless you had the AC running and that was quite noisy when trying to sleep. The water kept going down to a trickle. It would come back but was very inconvenient when you want a shower and are trying to stay on a schedule. We travel 7 hours to get there and were told we could check in any time after 3. We arrived at 3:22 and were told by the maid that we needed to come back in 30 minutes. We did receive communication through the app that they were sorry but no advanced notice at all that it would not be ready in time. We then spent 15 minutes trying to find a restroom to use. I personally would not stay here again.
Clean cozy spot! Don’t overpack as it’s tight quarters- also the driveway is a gravel road. The perfect spot for a long weekend, close to everything but far enough away that you can’t see/hear the traffic/amusements.
The cabin was just as promised and more. The location was only four tenths of a mile from the parkway. We truly loved the cabin and the area. Our dogs loved the yard to roam in. Perfect.
LOVED the tiny home. The only thing I would suggest is to widen the drive a little and level out a tad bit. I came in a low to the ground vehicle and had issues coming back down the hill without bottoming out. Other than that, the tiny house was everything I could imagine! Love it! Clean! Easy to find. Just far enough out but close enough to everything. We’ll be back (in a bigger vehicle 😉)
Thank y’all so much!
This tiny cabin was exactly what my wife and I were looking for during our weekend away from the kiddos. Very clean and very comfortable for being tiny
Perfect tiny home for our weekend stay. The property was close to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg strips. Location wasn’t as scenic as we hoped but the cabin was great!

Everything else was great. Very clean and nice amenities.

About the host
Hosted by M & J
We have fallen in love with this tiny house as soon as we saw it. It has a unique floor plan and it feels very open and comfortable. We had just the perfect spot on our property for it and are glad that we can now share this little gem with our guests.
Why they chose this property
This house is unique in many ways. The location of it is as good as it gets when it comes to its proximity to Pigeon Forge Parkway. You can easily walk to all the attractions, yet, you are in surrounded by trees and wilderness in a secluded area with only one other house near by.
What makes this property unique
Tiny house with large personality- Cozy Cub is perfect for couples or friends that are looking for a fun unique getaway option and seek privacy. While our house qualifies as a "tiny house" it has a full size bathroom, full size kitchen and a queen bed bedroom loft with additional sleeping option in a full size sleeper sofa downstairs. You won't find another one like this.
