This area will never lose its character. The city council of Longboat Key is committed to this. I've spent a lot of time in beach towns ruined by over-development & celebrity-crazed crowds...it will not happen here.
What makes this property unique
Walk to beach or pier, nice restaurants nearby as well as little local cafes...you will never want to leave.
