Private 1920s Arts & Crafts 1 bed, 1 bath guest suite in the historic and beautiful Westerwood district with keyless entry. Perfect location in a friendly, tree-filled neighborhood. Adjacent to UNCG & Greensboro College. Walking distance to Downtown restaurants, local breweries. Carolina Theater, baseball stadium, and shopping.

Remodeled in 2018, this two-level, 1,000 square-foot space is designed to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay - whether you're in town for a quick weekend, a family get-together, or a work trip.

Features and Amenities:

- the spacious and light-filled first level features a private, full bathroom with designer finishes, a separate work/dining area (with microwave oven), ceiling fans, and a cozy lounge area with 4K TV.

- the second level includes a queen bed with comfy memory foam mattress, room darkening shades, and an HDTV. The bar area is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and mini-fridge and freezer, plus free bottled water, coffee and tea, and breakfast snacks.

*PLEASE NOTE: the guest suite does not have a full kitchen or gas oven/stove.

Wonderful place, very clean. There were thoughtful additions that you don’t see often, such as additional chargers and extension cords in a drawer! Ice cube trays already filled, kcups, filtered water, and a sweet personal welcome message! We will definitely stay again at our next dance competition in Greensboro!

My wife and I had a great stay. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Had a small issue with one of the TV’s and they very quickly solved it. This is the first time in my life when I was not looking forward to my own bed when I got home. The bed in the room was pure perfection. Wonderful hosts who happened to keep the same schedule as me in a very cool safe quiet neighborhood close to UNCG. Parking on street worried me in the description but it was as easy as they claimed. Comfortable spacious and clean. Exactly what I needed for this stay!

Qigong workshop retreat weekend

Friday evening check in with Sunday check out... so a quick trip to be sure, but awesome accommodations and location made this the perfect place to be. Walking distance to the Cultural Center was ideal and all the area has to offer (restaurants and parks,...). A good find.

Best stay experience I have had!

I can’t say enough about this property and the owners. I travel a great deal for work, and this stay was perfect. Parking was easy, the place was super clean, the hosts provided little touches that were appreciated, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, the Wi-Fi, excellent, and my privacy well respected. I could not ask for more and would strongly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for a friends wedding! The place was very nice and clean, and our host was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions we had! Also the bed was super comfortable (which I know is subjective, but it was.) We were really close to town as well without the neighborhood being noisy. Perfect place for a 2 person getaway ❤️

What a fantastic town! This property is close to everything you need in Greensboro! Walking distance to both colleges UNC Greenboro and Greensboro College short drive to Elon and High Point. Walk to all mentioned places to eat. We ate breakfast at the Sage Mule and Chez Genese both great!! Lunch at Crafted taco delish - get the food truck taco YUM - Dinner at Natty greens served late after 10pm thank goodness - great burger. Dinner at Machete O. M. G amazing I dare you to find a better meal. Ohh the place ; ). perfect clean and spacious. If soccer brings us back to Greensboro we will call upon Nicole & Tal!!
