Ideal for large groups, The Neill offers a welcoming space where you can create lasting memories. Each bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort: the second floor features a primary suite with a king bed and an ensuite primary bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a twin trundle, as well as another with a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle, ensuring guests of all ages find their perfect rest.

If you're a digital nomad, student, or new resident seeking furnished rentals for two or more months, you can take advantage of our competitive monthly pricing starting at $3,500/month. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged separately before check-in for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 will be charged for longer stays.
