About this property

Bright Earthy Mira Mesa Home

Mira Mesa home conveniently located 5-10mins to many shops, restaurants and local breweries.

5 bedrooms that has queen beds in all, 2 full baths. This is a 1 story home and is an older built home from the 70’s but has been somewhat renovated throughout the years. We have a queen air mattress that can be used in either living room to sleep a total of 12 people comfortably. For children we have pack n play and bumbo seat with tray. We have central ac and heating using the nest thermostat.
1 of the bedroom is located to very back of home where the central Ac & heat does not reach but rest assure we provide a portable ac unit and wall mounted heater into that room. All bedrooms also have either a ceiling or stand up fan and we have additional fans throughout the house.

Our home is decorated with faux plants around the home to give it an earthy feel while keeping low maintenance.
Enjoy some cooking in the updated fully stocked kitchen with a large 10 seat table and a 4 seat table.
We have 2 living rooms, one upon entry and the other in the back of the home where you can play on the mini pool table & hockey table and corn hole game.
Enjoy the front patio that has roses in spring and plenty of seating under shade & bbq grill.

No pets/animals allowed
No parties or loud music
No smoking in home- smoking permitted outside only
We have a nest security camera (video and Audio) above garage facing out to street.

If you’d like to go the beaches as much as I do, feel free to use the beach umbrella, towels, mat, chair and cooler that is provided in the hallway closet. (Just clean them off after use before putting them back so sand is not everywhere). Hose is in front patio to rinse off excess sand and debris from shoes, sandals gear ect before entering home.
Torrey pines, Del Mar-Powerhouse Park and La Jolla Shores are the closest beaches about 20 mins away.

Great location and size

Great house with enough space for a big group. Close to airport and event locations. The house was clean, stocked with plenty of house items for us to use. I will book again if available when I come back.

The host was very responsive. The house had spacious common areas. However, some bedrooms did not have a dresser. The property was conveniently located to several shopping and various eating places. There was a good supply of everything that was needed. There were two washers & dryers, which was very helpful. The host left a bottle of wine & various snacks for our consumption, which we considered very thoughtful.

Amazing

Great amazing place to stay at... Property owner was great with communication! Very respectful and quiet neighborhood. The house is so cozy and welcoming. Well worth the stay during my son graduation from the Marines!!! Thank you very much for having such a well taken care of place to stay that was very clean and stocked with everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms and rooms.

Roomy house in quiet neighborhood

The house was perfect, spotless and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. The host was very quick to resond to any questions. It is about 25 minutes from downtown San Diego and the airport but we wanted a property closer to Mira Mesa for our visit. The beautiful flowers were blooming in the courtyard while we were there and we enjoyed sitting and eating on the patio.

Great place to stay.

Nice home! Large enough for all 11 of us ranging in ages of 2-67. Great communication from owner. Had a power outage one afternoon and she offered to bring us coolers, candles and lanterns, whatever we might need. Fortunately it was back on by the time we got back. Would stay there again. Good location. About 20-30 minutes from downtown, about 20 minutes to the beach.

Just perfect!

The most important things met our expectations and then some! AC cooled easily, water ran hot (be careful it gets really hot), perfect amount of space for family gathering. There was enough room to have separate areas for kids and adults to hang out. They supplied enough towels, shampoo/conditioner, kitchen supplies. The front porch was beautiful to lounge and hang out in the evening. This home absolutely met all of our needs and expectations. Bonus- 2 washers/ 2 dryers! Thanks to the host of this home for thinking of all the accommodations!!

Located close to many eateries, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of shoppers and the traffic they generate. Very comfortable home, bright and airy. Easy to book and a pleasure to deal with.

Very nice place for a group

The house is just a few minutes away from a bus stop which was very helpful for getting downtown. The rooms were very clean and mini pool table was very fun too! There is also a grill in the front patio, which worked well. Although there are only 2 bathrooms for 5 bedrooms, soap, shampoo, and other amenities were amply provided. The kitchen is also really well stocked with spices. Overall, it was a very smooth stay for a large group, and the host is very welcoming and nice!

Great Place to Stay!

Very open floor plan. Check in and Check out was very easy. The hosts were very pleasant when we had questions. We had several family members staying at Mira Mesa. We all had our own space and had plenty of room in the main areas of the house.. We had only short trips to all of the places we wanted to go.. We enjoyed the bay and ocean. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was stocked with necessary supplies. Love all of the spices available for cooking! We had beach towels and a beach umbrella for the beach. Our grand daughter had a bed, bumble seat all readily available. Loved our stay!

The property was just what we wanted. Great location to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The house was large enough for the 10 of us, 5 children and 5 adults. I would rent again what in San Diego.

Awesome house, a little farther from the beach than expected

We had a great experience, the house is beautiful and very clean. The owner had great communication throughout and the check in/check out process was very easy. My only complaint was that the BnB was about 25 minutes from downtown and the beaches. Some of the beds were also a little harder than I would’ve liked, but overall it was a great trip and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
