We spent a long weekend in this cabin and loved every minute of it. The cabin was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. There were thoughtful touches in the cabin, such as games for a rainy day, restaurant and activity recommendations, and even coffee! The host’s email giving us instructions for our stay was extremely helpful and easy to understand. The host was very quick to respond and even messaged us to see how our stay was going. While we didn’t have any issues, we knew we would be able to get ahold of them quickly if we needed something or had a problem. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin!
The cabin was cozy & quiet, just what was needed. Saw a bear the last day, I think he was helping us pack up.

Not so perfect but ok
Cabin was OK, however, as in other’s reviews window blinds need replacing. Many have broken or missing slats. The bathrooms were not very nice. Toiles are dirty and the basement one bubbles when washer is emptying.
HOT TUB was very dirty and a lot of the jets were not working. Some of the light bulbs were also burned out. The hot tub was what I was looking forward to but it turned out to be a bust.
I’m being honest on my review because I am also a VRBO host. We have a small cabin but ensure that it is spotless without charging a cleaning fee. Since we had to pay a cleaning fee, we expected a clean cabin.
I am also a bit put off by the owner requesting a five star review after advising that they gave us a five star guest review.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much!!! Everything was clean and tidy and as expected. We would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for peace and quiet!!!
Great stay! If we're ever back in the Smokys, I would definitely stay here again. It's easy to find, great location, the view is beautiful. We loved the multiple levels and the fact that there are 2 bathrooms. It's exactly as pictured.
Beautiful, Peaceful, and Breath taking. To start I will say it was everything I hoped for. My husband and I decided to start a new Christmas tradition, beginning with just us. The entire experience from the 10 hr drive to the peaceful mountain air was amazing. The cabin...though challenging to find in the night was quaint...cozy and great ambiance over all. There is always room for growth. The blinds could use replacing...i am sure it was basic wear and tear...I would suggest if you are very particular...bring your own linen and all would be great. Also if you are not able to climd a small spiral stair case...then pass on this style of cabin...
Cabin was very clean, hosts were great and easy to communicate with, location was perfect, close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Also beautiful view from the cabin of the smoky mountains!
My fiancee and I both have quite a busy schedule but we decided to take this weekend off and head to the mountains to relax and unwind and this spot was perfect for that. The bed was huge and super comfy and the sunrise in the morning was life-changing. I would stay/live here if I could!
My wife and I stayed in this wonderful cabin for three nights. It was so peaceful with the view of the Smoky Mountains and trees. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting in front of the wood burning fireplace, eating, having a glass of wine and a leisurely meal. We spent time in the hot tub each day, soaking away any stress. We would have liked staying longer. We highly recommend this cabin.
Also, the owners were extremely responsive, responding to each of our VRBO messages within 10 minutes.
This cabin is high up on a mountain so the views are magnificent! We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony each morning, drinking our coffee and soaking up the quiet. On the downstairs porch is a very roomy hot tub! What a nice way to end the day!
The owners were a pleasure! Immediate response to any question we had and always very pleasant!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was conveniently located to Cades Cove, other areas of the park especially Metcalfe Bottoms, and Pigeon Forge. We saw a mother bear and two cubs outside the cabin along with numerous turkeys. A cardinal came to visit every morning.
I would suggest the house numbers be on the pole or fence at the road. We had difficulty finding it the first time but it was easy after that. Road was winding but not difficult to drive at all.
Highly recommend Peaceful Side Social for pizza and craft beers!!
Owner communication was great and we had no issues our entire stay. We do recommend rolling a large ice chest up the hill to go in the second floor to the kitchen.
The cabin was just as described; our stay was SO peaceful and relaxing. The view was great and loved sitting on the deck in the chairs in the morning and evening. Would highly recommend.

Great views but poor communication
Very acceptable cabin spiral staircases are a little tough unloading and loading is also a challenge one day while staying we had a little to no water pressure. Reached out to owners to ask if there was something that could be done and never received a response back from them, that was very disappointing views from the porch are very good although with the trees growing up will become less desirable. Location was very good for the Smokies.

Dirty outdated not safe
The door didnt lock and we had bears the first 2 days. Hot tub wouldn't shut off The refrigerator was dirty along with the silverware drawer. The bathrooms were dirty, the blinds were broken, nothing updated.
We enjoyed our stay here and even saw a bear! The cabin was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Great place to rest after a busy day hiking in the smoky mountain national park and catching a show in Pigeon Forge!
