Apt 3B Lake Bomoseen Inn “The Dog” with boat slip.
The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a large well lit studio with a living room. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.
The space Apt 3B is a studio unit on the third floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a full size bed, a Futon full sized fold out bed and a fold down couch bed. There is a small changing room with an office desk and a bathroom. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door. Each unit has its own heat pump and thermostat.
Guest access The third floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The boat docks are in across the street. The "Dog" bar/ restaurant is open in summer.
Other things to note There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible. Sorry, no pets.

The location was very convenient and the apartment was clean and roomy and comfortable.
The only thing that was missing was a sponge to hand wash dishes.
We stayed for the weekend for Castleton football. Paul could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The place was brand new, spotless, and well-equipped. We already booked for another home game in October!
Paul greeted us on arrival. Communication was timely throughout booking and check out. Washer and dryer were a bonus as was Roku! Having Creemee’s and breakfast sandwiches next door at the Red Barn was a convenience as was the boat slip. Thank you Paul hope to rent from you again next July.
