Designed for large groups this 2900sq ft home w 2 dining areas, bar area, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, flat screen TV in each room, Wifi 400 Mbps. King Suite w large walk in spa shower. Junior King Suite w patio access. Plenty of parking for your toys; boat, trailer, RV.
You'll instantly feel at home in this large 2,900 sq ft home that features flexible interior space for gathering large groups and entertaining. Living area features 82" flat screen TV with sound bar for ultimate entertainment. High speed Wifi 400Mbps. The living spaces and king suites open onto outdoor covered decks with additional seating and dining areas to take in the desert sunsets. The gourmet kitchen is perfect with a long island that opens to the family room for easy entertaining. Two dining tables and additional bar area allow for plenty of seating for gathering. The pool, spa, kid's splash pad and fire-pit are all brand new!
The home is equipped with all necessary essentials to have a Five Star Stay!
You'll have access to the entire home, garage and private pool and patio.
The entire home is yours to enjoy! We are available through portal, text, phone and email. Full housekeeping and maintenance available for service calls.

A trendy homie home

Check in was a life savor as it was extremely hot and early check in was accomidated with no issue. The house was lovely bright colors and plenty of space. Our group was 13 and all slept comfortably. Tecommend thisnstay for large groups . and great neighbohoos

Comfortable Home

We enjoyed a one month stay. This home was very clean and we appreciated all the extra towels and stocked supplies! The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra sheets and blankets. We did not use the pool but enjoyed the spa. Great location and having access to the garage/remote was very convenient.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a family members birthday. The house was beautiful, spacious, and very inviting. The yard and pool were perfect for enjoying the sun and watching the sunsets. We will be back.

Great Location! 10 minutes max from the Lake! Gas station right around the corner. Property owner was very quick to answer and questions/concerns. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Awesome large family home.

We had our three daughters, their spouses and their kids (1-14 yrs of age) stay with us and everything was awesome. Lots of room to spread out. Pool, spa and backyard water feature were great. Definitely would do it again!

AHH..MAZ...ING!

This property was great! We rented over Christmas and paid extra to heat the pool. It was warm enough to swim!! That was our biggest concern. The house was beautiful and well equipped with all we needed. We didn't explore the neighborhood or do anything with the Lake (other than see the Bridge), we just stayed at the house. LOVED this property!!!! We miss it already!

Spring break

We just spent the most wonderful week in Lake Havasu City. We've rented with VRBO before, but this house was above and beyond what we expected. We've never stayed at a home so well equipped with so many kitchen accessories. Also, having coffee, tea, oils, spices, etc was a bonus, as was having paper products and shampoo/soaps on site. The house had ample seating space for our group to eat dinner together, as well as get some alone time. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels to go around. The backyard/pool/spa were amazing and we spent plenty of lazy afternoons in the sun. We ran into one problem, but the owners answered almost immediately and resolved the issue. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful home

What an amazing home. Everything was freshly remodeled so it was extremely clean the pool was wonderful to have! The owner was super accommodating and got me all the correct information in a timely manner. We can’t wait to go back to the house again
