Cocoonr agency offers this magnificent flat for rent, hidden away in a secret garden at the foot of Saint-Pierre Cathedral in Rennes. It is a Bohemian and ethnic art of living, a unique haven of peace in the Breton capital. With a surface area of 75m², the flat is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travelers. It includes a very large living room, a modern kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor :
- Entrance hall
- A spacious, bright living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and hob
- Bedroom 1 with king-size bed (180x200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x200)
- Shower room with walk-in shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 3 with a king-size bed (180x200)

Area :
The flat is ideally located in the heart of the historic centre of Rennes. All the local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are close by.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Lices or Bretagne car parks 150 meters away (paying car park).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest metro station: Sainte-Anne metro station 300 meters away
- Nearest train station: 2 km
- Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-De-La-Lande 7.2 km

Beautiful old building, very clean and very quiet off the main streets and a fabulous courtyard. The honeysuckle and roses were out and the smell walking thru was fantastic. The room upstairs was an instant hit with our daughter wanting her own space and the spacious appartment meant that everyone found their own space. Absolutely loved the area and the place. The one thing I must remark for the owners was that the top floor bedroom becomes quite warm and doesn't have much ventilation since it only has one small window, however, with an Air Conditioner or a fan that could be easily solved. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a lot our stay!"

Suite Or Beautiful, spacious apartment in great historic location for ease of access and exploring the city. We had a warm welcome with a cute gift pack but arrived during a 33 degree heatwave so with no air con, we had to sleep downstairs the first night as the third bedroom was stifling. The host did arrange for a fan the second day but it was not particularly effective! well equipped kitchen and nice decor. Lots of information provided to aid exploration of the city and surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if visiting Rennes.
