On the ground floor, you will have access to a living room with the kitchen and the dining room fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, an electric oven, a hood, a microwave, a classic coffee maker and an espresso machine, a dishwasher. A living room with a sofa, a television and Wifi. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and washing machine. Upstairs, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160x190 each and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 120x190. A bathroom with standard shower with WC. Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair. Enjoy a relaxing holiday, between Angoulême and Périgueux. You can discover Brantôme "The Venice of Périgord", enjoy canoe trips on the Dronne to Bourdeilles (superb castle), visit the Romanesque churches with domes of the Ribéracois and enjoy bike, mountain bike or walking trips (many hiking departures).
You will appreciate the private heated swimming pool, with chlorine, 10mx5m and 1m50 deep, secured by alarm and fence, open from the end of June to September (depending on the weather), located about 10m in front of the covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
At the back of the house, you can enjoy an enclosed garden shared with the owner who has a Bernese mountain dog and 2 cats. You can go see the chickens and the rooster too.
