Stayed here for an overnight in Santa Fe prior to flying back home. Place worked out great, close to good restaurants, nice little kitchen and owner was very helpful. Would stay again.
Bright and airy! This casita is cozy and relaxing. I used Uber and could quickly get to the plaza, museums, and railway yard. The host was friendly and helpful.
This place was perfect for my wife and I and our two greyhounds. Amazing food truck right across the street was just an added bonus. Communication from owner was top notch, place was airy and clean. Will definitely stay here again
This was a fantastic property near LOTS of trails & perfect for quick trips to great local eateries. I would highly recommend staying here to friends / family. Check in was a breeze & the accommodations were well appointed & perfectly clean.
We had the best time at this little casita. It had absolutely everything we needed and was super clean. The bed was so comfortable and the there was zero noise to speak of. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. John contacted us upon arrival and checked on us via text during our stay. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you John!
We had everything we needed in this cute place. It is amazingly quiet inside regardless of the traffic outside. Loved the decor and communication with the owner was great. Thanks!
The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. House was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. It is on a busy road with a lot of traffic noise outside which worried me at first, but the thick adobe walls blocked it well, and it was quiet at night.
We really appreciated the washer and dryer as this was our half-way point of a one week camping trip.
The host checked in with us after the first night to make sure we had what we needed.
For others visiting, The Tune Up Cafe is a hidden gem right down the road with great food and service!
Thanks for a nice place to stay while we explored Santa Fe.
Is it really luxe if you have to strip the bed? I think not. If you’re going to need to use your own netflix account, it would be great if the host notifies you ahead of time, in case you don’t have your password memorized. Overall a great location and nice place.
We had a wonderful time in Sante Fe and loved coming back to our rental place to relax and unwind. The place is in a great location so close to old town and the railyard. It was also well maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed prepping meals in the morning and relaxing after a fun day out. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our clothes and supplies. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.
Really liked this property. Host John and his associate were very responsive to our questions. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. The only thing I would have liked better would be able to walk to city center. We were a relatively short driving distance away.
The Casita is perfect for 2 people. The decor is really nice and the location is really close to the Railyard and downtown Santa Fe. It was nice to have the washer and dryer, too. A really good cafe is a couple of blocks away (Tune-up). We got coffee and breakfast there a couple of times during our stay.
Would recommend this casita to others.
Great Casita in lovely Santa Fe. John was very communicative and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean and had the things we needed to make us comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
Very spacious studio with high ceilings, comfortable bed and sleeping area, nice big TV for Netflix. Also very clean! Easy off street parking right in front of studio. Will definitely come again — convenient location. Thanks for an excellent value.
The Casita was a perfect stay for our short trip to NM. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. John checked in to make sure we were comfortable which was very kind. While it is on a busy street, you can’t hear much unless you are there during trash day as the bedroom faces an alley. We would definitely stay ant the Casita again!

Casitas on the edge
Our host was very welcoming, helpful and available. The casitas was well kept and stocked with kitchen and bath needs. The location between the junction of Hickox and Auga Fria streets creates high traffic little to none sidewalk space and very little off street parking space. To say the neighborhood is rather sketchy is an understatement.
The Casita had everything we needed. It was a wonderful way to explore Santa Fe. I will say, the bed was the most comfortable we’ve had away from home. John was super helpful and easy to communicate with.
